well i tried the dream world got a kahngaskon its pretty fun actually cant wait to do it again but i couldnt find my evee evolution.

what you mean you thought i was "out" and all battles will be done by pm any not will be banned and forbiden to fight the league and no niles how many times do we have to tell you its not open after yes if you beat them all i dont care if you beat them all the leagues not open.

Get those power items from the gear shop/subway.
It helps A LOT. Not just training but also, IV breeding.
Easy way for EV train:-
Aim : 4hp/252atk/252spe(as example only)
Give your pokemon the drugs. Carbos for speed, protien for attack. 10 each.
EV gained : 100atk/100spe
whats left : 4hp/152atk/152spe
now let your pokemon have pokerus and holding a Power Bracer. Kill 15 lilipup after that take off the power bracer and kill 1 more dog.
You now have 252atk.
Do the same with speed but this time kill 15 woobat while holding power anklet. Unhold the item and kill 1 more (I prefer killing them bats cos Im coo dat way)
Now you have both spe and atk of 252EV
After that.... Just kill 1 stunfisk with Power Weight.
And youre done!
I dont know about you but this way is really simple and easy. For me that is.
But for some reason its not working for me, I gave Pokemon 10 Proteins, has Pokerus, and is holding a Macho Brace, KOed alot of Lilipups and Patrats, then when my Kangashkan leveled up its Attack stat only went up 3, but on youtube I see people loads of it like 59 and 78..... What am I doing wrong?

@ RyukiVentus - In BW, you wont be able to see that.
Before you kill that dog, check what its current atk stat.
Right after you killed 2 lilipup and gained exp and didnt level up... check again its atk stat.
If you did it right, you might see something has changed.
example.
Before: 53 in atk.
After: 54 or 55 atk.
And when you give it 10 protiens, its atk will be up too without leveling up. about 20 you gain..
Do the math~

oh so I've been doing it correctly all along then, but why doesn't it show like why did they remove it? so gaining 79 attack in one lvl up isn't possible anymore?
Hmmmm. While training, that "79" atk is added directly even when you didnt level up.
What EV spreed are you trying to give to your pokemon?
