It is legal. There was a 12th movie Arceus released exclusively in TRU approx. 2 years ago. I got one in mine, it has the signature moves of the DPPt legendary dragon trio and Judgement at Level 100.

It is legal. There was a 12th movie Arceus released exclusively in TRU approx. 2 years ago. I got one in mine, it has the signature moves of the DPPt legendary dragon trio and Judgement at Level 100.
I can't stand when people bring out Hyper Beam, Hydro Cannon, Flare Blitz, Roar of Time, Spacial Rend, and Judgement to a battle and think they're cool because of it. The cool down leaves you a turn useless.

In my Leaf Green I caught a mankey and nurtured it to a primeape, where it became my main pokemon. It was my brick wall that fired at you harder. I beat the whole game with that one guy's help. ALWAYS remember it. Also teach it awesome moves.

Also caught Yorterry leveled it up to 36.

Specifics: Modest Nature, Level <20 (less than/equal to 20), since 20 is the lowest level Vanillites you can get from Cold Storage. I'm looking for a fair trade with a legit, either caught or bred, Vanillite of said conditions. And no, asking for starters isn't exactly fair until I get a Ditto.
I know this seems like a long shot, asking an online community that's so far ahead, but I'm willing to take that bet.
