The package looks cool but they got the name wrong ! Rock Beyblade's instead of Metal Fight , ha ! I had found a one similar to this and there were Rock Leone , Dark Bull , and Storm Pegasus but they looked so tiny and were made of soft plastic that could break easily.

Hello. I see no logo so is this fake?

To include that they even got the Beyblade type wrong ... Burn Fireblaze / Phoenix is a Stamina type while its written ''Balance type'' ...
I have a burn phoenix but I dont think the face colour is like that.

I also saw a video once in youtube about fakes and real beyblades. You can visit it if you want.

Here it is:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCGSQZmXWUI
Thanks for the info. Now my step sis will know if the beys she buys in China are fake.

You quoted the WHOLE OP for 3 lines of text, then linked to a youtube page with an unboxing of a REAL sonokong Rock Giraffe...

get out

Yes, he has some rapidity unboxings, those are the ones you should have linked to, not the users page Uncertain

And Sono Kong. Can't believe that people still don't list Sono Kong...

I almost bought from him till i noticed it said 'Not Takara Tomy Items' at least he is honest
I bought this and i wonder if its fake. He says its real but i am curious about the fact that it was 5$ and it has a green tap at the bottom.

Sadly i am pretty sure it is as you can see the light blue prongs inside the cap thingy and the little green line should be black =(

As rusty said, looks fake. Use ebay's reporting functions etc to say you got a counterfeit with no warning or whatever. Make sure you do it, and try to get a refund, too. If he said to you that it is real, that's fraud, and yeah. Either way, you should have been warned it was counterfeit, and the auction should mention it, so you have grounds for a full refund.

I read through the listing. It never says that it is an official item. All it says is that it is 100% new and never been used.

Need to be more careful when reading the description of items in the future.

Won't get a refund. Unless the seller said it was an official item in an email or something...there is no ground for a refund. It doesn't pass itself off as an official item. It is the buyer that needs to make sure they read the description properly.
It never says that it's a counterfeit, and not only are counterfeit items against the rules of ebay, he's right to assume that the product is official unless warned otherwise.
Hmm, I was under the impression that eBay only steps in if someone tries to pass something off as official...not if they are selling fakes. I mean, there are HEAPS of fakes that are sold on eBay...they never do anything about them.
Because no one reports them/supplies adequate details. It's against THE LUAUHWHH to counterfeit things, and there is a section in the ebay reporting thing for "counterfeit items".
It's the same as any other sort of counterfeit.

Plus, it is perfectly reasonable to assume an item is legitimate unless the seller has stated otherwise.

Also, ebay/paypal are heavily biased towards Buyers, so it's really easy to get a refund for almost anything. It's just that most people don't bother to try.

Well, I have my doubts on that when it comes to beys.

This whole thread was originally created to educate people, so they don't buy fakes. There are easy indicators as to what you should be looking for when buying beys. If there is no mention of it being official, people should be asking the seller...rather then assume it is real because it doesn't say it is fake.
True, yes. But, it's still illegal to sell counterfeits etc etc. And, as I said, it's easy to get a refund from paypal as a buyer.
He changed the picture i hope i am getting a real beylauncher lr

Don't expect to be getting a real one since he doesn't say it is an official item. hsbetter sells Takara Tomy items, but he also sells fakes. With everything that is Takara Tomy, he always mentions that it is a Takara Tomy item.
hah good job! my one friend doesnt like original beys ! he only plays with fake beys ! he was having a orignal bey (dark wolf ) his frnd was having a fake bey he exchange it with his fake bey he likes fake beys now today i told him tht u cannot perticipate in tourneys of wbo he felt sad he is again going to take original bey but he says fake beys are powerfull! than the real ones

That is proof that how much people hate Dark Wolf....
Um, a question-
Is it necessary that every seller who does not accept returns may sell fakes? As I saw some Silver Quetz pages, and some of them, who are selling it quite cheaply, do not accept returns...

A lot of eBay sellers don't accept returns. Thing is, in a month or so, all sellers will have to accept returns. So, nothing to really worry about.
