Guys, beware of this seller

all beys he listed as Takara Tomy are fake. Even though picture he used has Takara Tomy beys in it and he described them as Takara Tomy. But when you recieve them they ar e completely Rapidity. I tried contacting him but he never replied despite I send many and even opened a Ebay case. I tried later asking by differant account and he replied. He has few more Ebay accounts so if you anyone selling beys of same price and picture he used (except those pics which are by Takara Tomy and many seller use them) then don't buy for them.
I will upload pictures in case anyone interested

Some of the listings, such as for Flash Sagittario, use a stock image of the official box and are labeled as being Takara in their description. @[FIREFIRE CPB] What did you purchase from that seller? Could you share the listing's link?

He might did at his other items but his BBP and Orion and Flash SGTO is surely fake and he still mentioned it as Takara Tomy. Even used a picture with Takara Tomy. I'm not sure it's to hide the fact it's Rapidity but when I ordered few more sets (btw he send 2 more people Rapidity here) for my 2friends. He was encouraging me to not take with packaging and take without packaging to save on shipping. But it might really due to shipping but he few times asked even though I disagreed for it and said I'm ok with shipping.

Yes, the L-Drago is real. It was recently released by Funskool in India.

Its just that the packaging was different than the other takara tomy beyblades I have been familiar with.
Will there be any other releases other than storm pegasis, rock leone, lightning l drago, dark bull, dark wolf and flame sagittario in the future?

Depends on place you live. If you are from India or any country which Funskool is importer/distributor of then yes. You will soon see Spark FX Hyperblades too
I found some fake beyblades at the mall today and i made a vid on it on my yt channel i found them at: stonecrest mall in Georgia
Not sure if this has been mentioned, but the under area of Old Gen fake Attack Rings are usually more grainy and rough than authentic ones. I got a fake Draciel F in the mail today, along with an authentic one and the difference is quite noticable.

I've noticed that some sellers on eBay are straight up lying about their beys being real.

@[FIREFIRE CPB], the first and fifth sellers you linked to seem to list his items completely appropriately, at least on the few listings I browsed. For the rest though, I just filed a report for each of those sellers. Why not join in, everyone? Of course just my own reports will not be enough to make eBay take concrete actions and eradicate all of those fake listings from the site, but if we are many to report them, they will act more quickly. There is absolutely no reason those complaining about confusing listings have not taken it upon themselves to submit reports yet...
Whether the pictures are fine but TAKARA-TOMY's name is used incorrectly, or if official images are used for fake items, file a report under these categories:

Detailed reason: Misusing a brand name
Make sure that you actually report a fraudulent item. We do not want to appear like a stupid community that sometimes reports listings that are totally fine and written as Rapidity, because then ALL of our reports would become less credible. Help yourself and help us.
yes true but those sellers seems to do something which make there listing apear in Takara Tomy filtered search. Sorry for not specifing.
Something that gets me frustrated is that, fake brands in burst make their beys harder to burst, which gives them an advantage, in metal fight, the better bey won, and bursting ability didn't matter. My friend has a fake bey and it always wins because its almost impossible to burst.
