Thank you. But how come the item says Takara Tomy but it's fake apparently?

and also would this be a reliable one? because im looking for one under 50 dollars

The image is real; however, the seller is clearly fraudulent. You'll likely be able to file a report with eBay and receive your money back but it can be a pain.

Would you say that this is real and if it isn't real could you direct me to an actual link where I can buy a takara tomy cho-z spriggan customize set. Sorry for the bad grammar...

Yeah, if it seems too cheap to be true, it probably is. This in particular is stupidly cheap. Nobody would ever make money selling beys for $4 overseas if they were legitimate.

Checking the seller's feedback can also help you figure out if someone is legit or not. For instance, except for literally 2 sales (both for some coins) every sale on that seller's feedback list is private. That reeks of alternate accounts making nonexistant "purchases" trying to make this account look better, especially since a lot of them are just the same people over and over saying the same messages.

To help identify actually good sellers, I've recently started labeling my feedback saying it comes from WBO MagikHorse, which is a surefire sign that whatever seller that comment is on is someone I've confirmed as legitimate. Although I haven't gotten to do so to every one of these sellers, taka.ohno, 2011sizemore, jp_market, maruyuu-k, pvccard.expert, and skyliners2012 are all good sellers.
Check out this ebay listing! It's a gold L-Drago 105f for about 14 bucks. It smells fishy because I normally don't see this type of Beyblade for under 50 dollars. However, the listing clearly says "Takara" in description, title, and label from the packaging's photo. Plus, the seller is beybladewholesaler, which I've gotten authentic beyblades from before.
So, for you authenticity experts out there, is this listing genuine or fraud?
Thank you! Have a happy new year!

Although the price is a lot lower than expected, there's an upside that they have a few neutral and negative reviews which more than likely come from actual customers (although I'll take it with a grain of salt since all those negative reviews are for fake beys... but they're also all over a year old). Also in terms of upsides, you say you've gotten legit beys from them before, which means that they do sell legit products at least most of the time (or else there would be more than 6 negative reviews). The big kicker though is that I can't find that exact image used anywhere else on EBay, which means it's his legitimate image and not a stolen image from elsewhere, which is a pretty big red flag.

Overall there's that single red flag of the price, but everything else looks legitimate enough so it's probably just a guy who wants to clear out some of his more stagnant stock.
Easyest way to find it's fake or not is don't buy beyblade from outside of Japan especially China, HK, Taiwan and Korea seller in Ebay.
They have real TT beyblade but, They also have fake Beyblades more than real
Great Information, thanks for posting!

I personally love the fake Cho-Z Valkyrie (SUN LOGO) as it can burst my Cho-Z Achilles as well as Cho-Z Spriggan. Sure, it's burst stoppers was really hard to activate and all, but it can actually burst all my real Cho-Z beys even without activating the burst stoppers! The Evolution driver is made up of plastic, not rubber (obvious), but it works just the same when used with the real Cho-Z Valkyrie and I must say that its burst stoppers are absolutely very strong. I've already ordered the new fake Cho-Z Achilles, and I really really hope it's going to be stronger than the fake Cho-Z Valkyrie. There's also a new fake Maximum Garuda (blue or white ver.??) and fake Cho-Z Artemis & Cho-Z Appolos. I don't think these are worth buying but it would be great for collection purposes! There's the image for both new fakes -

The Silver/Dark Gray mG was from RBV 12 (Dead Hades), with 7Lift Sword. It's a lot weaker than the original yellow, and bursts with incredibly frequency.

Still kinda funny that they're making fake random booster beys.
Thanks a million!
Here's some more advice, if you see words like "Kids", "Gift", "Toy", "Gyro" ect., it will highly be fake.

ITS FINALLY HERE!!!

is this real?

You can generally trust sellers on eBay who explicitly put Takara-Tomy in their listing's header, the description, or the brand category because they can get in trouble with eBay for selling un-advertised bootlegs. This is the reason why nobody on eBay who is obviously selling fakes puts the words Takara, Tomy, or Hasbro in their titles or item descriptions.

For the item in the link you shared, I would say with almost perfect certainty that it is real.
Thanks i just wanted to make sure this was real i generally don't buy online.

I have a guy who gets them from guy in japan and he is on vacation so ya.
Yo is this Takara Tomy and not some fake.

It's very obviously real. Did you read the guide in the first post?

The price is reasonable, it says TT all over the place, it has 37 reviews and most are 5 stars. I think I even bought ChoZ A through that Amazon link before.
