Your first pic is definitely Impact', not Hold'.
The latter image is a fake all-gold Cho-Z Valkyrie 6 Evolution. Guess they were too lazy to make Zenith.
My bad.. I meant it comes with Hunter' not Hold' or an Impact'.

But it pictures Impact'? Does the product really vary from the picture like that?

You really never know. The only consistency in fakes, as so well illustrated by these images, is inconsistency and poor quality.

I just love how they pixellated the "Beyblade" name. Also that apparently Gingka owns Cosmo Valkyrie. Oh yeah, and the whole "Rise can go up and down" thing that's totally wrong.
Ahhh, fakes just really don't care do they?
I'm writing a guide on how to tell if a Burst Bey is fake once it's out of box. Let me know if any of the things below are wrong or if there are any additional tells.
Layer: Screws are usually the normal phillips screw instead of the "tri-wing" screws. Any other tells for layers? Do they have the same gimmick usually? Same amount of metal on the layers? Same color?
Disks: The metal is really shiny and sometimes it doesn't have the Letter/Number in the tabs. Usually when they're painted, fake disks are completely painted while real ones are not painted in the inner ring on the underside.
Layer: No idea how to tell, apparently the plastic feels cheap.
Tips: Do any official tips/Drivers have screws? Or do they all have those non-removable bolts? So if it has screws their fake? If the tip is supposed to be made of metal, like Sword, it will instead be completely plastic. Fake drivers don't have the embossed driver logo, they're just flat.

It obvious when it's out the box, what about online? Like, before you buy it?

Btw, drivers usally don't have a symbol and use the same screws as the layers.
