A cut like bump appeared on the side of my tongue, near the molars. It was red, then I saw something that was black. It was most likely not hair, and now looks like a yellowish dot appeared. The black thing is gone, but if I move the yellow thing with my nail, they move up and I see more yellowish things under. What is going on?

It could very well be an infection.
You should really consult a medical professional for diagnosis instead of here.
My health problem is not a single ear infection, but a double ear infection. I can't hear that well. EDIT: I am sorry for reviving this thread.
Please answer fast: Whenever i move my right jaw, it makes a mid-loud snap in my mouth. is this normal for me?
No. No it's not.

You mean it happens every time? It happens to me occasionally when I don't talk for a period of time. It doesn't hurt me, though.

Every time, but it doesn't hurt because i'm so used to it. i had this for 2 years...
Hey, nobody asked me my opinion ... It might not work for everybody, but everybody does not have a poor immune system, and Danone should really not have to do this ...

To perhaps make this revival more worth it, for nine months, one day I can run four kilometres without any problem, and almost every other day, I have been out of breath while at rest ...

Other lifestyle changes more than likely occurred, and if not, you are genuinely an article of scientific disbelief. I get a synthetic blood protein to boost my immune system in a factually proven way and it does not have near such an impact as my other habits. If yogurt really did that much, there'd be a much larger price tag on it, and it'd be FDA regulated, instead of scientifically mocked.

It's kind of like the Vitamin C debacle that's been going on in the world for the last fourty years or so. People think Vitamin C is a big deal for your immune system - so much so that they chronically overdose on it. The truth is that its impact, while functional in tandem with numerous other healthy habits, does next to nothing on its own. In fact, products containing massive doses of Vitamin C, such as Airborne, are detrimental to the immune system if taken regularly/relied upon.

My lifestyle has always been as good as it can be : I have food allergies so I can basically only eat the right things; I am overly hungry so I unconsciously eat exactly the portions the Canadian food guide advises; I started working out surely after starting to take Dan Active and the effects were already there; I still have some environmental allergies; etc. I cannot think of any change I could have done around the same time that would be a change of lifestyles.

Then again, it is not like I would personally qualify my body and its immune system as 'the norm', hah.

I've always maintained my stance against the dubious phrasing used in their advertising, because it simply isn't true; they word it in a way that makes it seem so much more important and influential than it will be.

I also still think other factors influenced your changes, rather than some magic yogurt; Lactobacillus IS "scientifically proven" to do a thing, but not necessarily what the ads claim, and certainly not to that extent.

The latter sounds like a fatigue issue, or could be some manner of seasonal response.

I sleep very well, and I always try to have at least eight hours every night. Also, in nine months, I have gone through winter, all of spring, all of summer, and I am entering autumn here ... I have not been able to see any pattern, anything that helps, anything which makes it worse, etc.
Fatigue does not necessarily refer to lack or excess of sleep or even literal weariness; muscular fatigue is what I was referring to specifically, as you may just be running yourself either too hard or too inefficiently.

Fatigue, as a condition, is often entirely unrelated to sleep; otherwise, it would be called "sleepiness".

My first instinct is, as always, to tell you to see a physician about it at nearest availability if it is of real concern. They'll likely do stress tests, push your heart rate up, and then have you do a breathing exam.
After nine months, I am finally close to having an appointment with my pneumologist.

Muscular fatigue would affect only my breathing, even when I basically stopped doing any training for three months when this issue began ?
It could simply be a weakness of the lungs specifically, yes; pulmonary function tests should show this, and should ideally be conducted after elevating your heart rate on a treadmill to simulate the proper conditions.

Nine months for an appointment is sickeningly unforgivable under any circumstance, but that is an argument that would go sour and into very disallowed territory quite rapidly, so I will content myself to simply say: icky.
I am not certain why bother elevating my heart rate to do the test when I am out of breath as is, hah. After activity, I am all fine, just like before doing it.
Honestly, it seems a tad unfamiliar to me; I do think you're in for a pulmonary function and cardiac stress test, though.
I recently had some type of pain in my chest.

It was after warm up in Gym. Me, revved up and ready to play some handball. I sat at my attendance spot on the floor, and I began to have chest pain. I felt like my heart was burning, not like heart burn, but like a pulsing, agonising pain. I look in pain, trying to keep it in. I shivered, then then started to sweat. This repeating for a few minutes, like 2-3 min., until it finally stopped. I forgot about it and began to play. I was fine throughout the rest of the day.

I told my mom, and she advised me to tell her if it happens again.

So does anyone know what it was?
Unhappy
Sounds like gas.

No, I'm not kidding.
So a couple days ago I woke up in the middle of the night and started shivering and couldn't stop for a half an hour(It was actually warm in my room). Does anybody have an idea of what happened?
P.S. My mom is a doctor and she didn't say anything was wrong but I just want to know what caused it to happen.
A doctor said nothing was wrong, so you came here, where the most knowledgable person is only informed as far as a nurse would be?
I am generally okay and fit. I usually go swimming once a week. Yesterday I helped my uncle to unload about 400 or more--boxes of stocks. Keep in mind that they are quite heavy too. I was surprised most stocks got sold right away since there are customers that come and buys off the stock. Although some of them were hats...there's some other things too, but I wasnt told what the heavy boxes were. So, yeah, I am pretty fit and healthy.

I got those feelings before as well, I think it is due to exposure of cold and hot weather. 2 years ago in December when it was cold, I also got that feeling, I was feeling super hot at that time, then suddenly feel so cold all of the sudden. That may explain your situation? Thinking of hypothermia or something similar..not sure though.
First off, don't double-post.

Second off, that has nothing to do with anything, and if you're catching hypothermia in your bed, your bed is underwater in the mid-atlantic.

Do not give medical advice, of any kind, unless you actually know what you're talking about.
Sorry for revieving an old thread; the only place I know to put this in.

Ive been getting leg cramps lately, waking up like something was squeezing my calf. It lasts for about ten seconds, and then Ill be fine for the rest of the day. WTF?

I may be over exercising, doing about 500 jump ropes every other day and running approximately 3/4 of a mile every other day, but I'm not sure.

I don't think I'm overweight, either, weighing in at about 107 pounds for a guy that's 5'4 and almost 13. But what do I know? I have no medical experience, and my mom isn't truely sure, either.

Tongue_out
Sounds very much like growing pains, which tend to be muscular rather than skeletal, and are not actually in any way related to growing taller.

It's entirely benign. If you were suffering from overexertion, the pain would be more persistent, and would radiate.
Man, hopefully someone else shares the addiction of having no slack inside your body hah. I think that is the most satisfying aspect of working out, besides being healthy and having bigger muscles hahah.
