The hands are inert. It could be due to the position you're sleeping in, how do you normally sleep?
Just lying down with my hands to the side of the bed, though not hanging. Freely seperated from other body parts (not being crushed hy my head or legs).
Much like sickle cell anaemia, it's most likely that thallassemia become prominent as a result of the malarial resistance it provides. I know more about sickle-cell anaemia, given we covered it a lot in Human Biol units at uni, but generally, the main aim was to have one normal gene and one sickle gene, so you'd get the resistance without having the anaemia issues. So yeah, you're lucky to get it without the negative effects.

That said, perhaps it is the reason your hands go numb when you sleep. Also, are your arms/hands on any particular inclination? I'm not sure, but it sounded like they were hanging off the bed, which would make it harder for blood to travel back to the heart, which can cause the numbness you describe.
Well, they weren't hanging off the bed, positive. Although, they are bent at farther than a 30° angle ...
In regards to your hands falling asleep, the parasthesia is probably just being caused by a nerve that leads into your hands being suppressed in your sleep, by the angle at which your hands are inclined. There are also a number of medications that can cause it, so if you are on any, they may be relevant. If it is only your hands, and there are no other symptoms, it is likely nothing to be concerned about, though.

EDIT: Also forgot to mention, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is prone to causing parasthesia in the wrists/hands when they're at rest.

As for your Thalassemia, Nimda, you're probably an Alpha-Thalassemia silent carrier. It is one of the more common presentations of alpha thalassemia, and generally presents no particular symptoms. However, due to this, it also does not really grant terrific benefit, either, as the causes of malarial resistance are based on the defect it presents when actually afflicting you.
can anyone tell me about my skin please, I've been told that it's a vitamin B12 defficiency from my mum, however I just wanted to check with you guys:

You need to see a dermatologist to diagnose a skin rash so vague - it could very well be Vitamin B12 Deficiency, but there are also literally hundreds of other things it could be. Allergic reactions, skin contact with the wrong species of plants/types of woods/cleaners/chemicals, heat rash, and... well, like I said, the list is massive.

I am not a replacement for an actual physician, nor is anyone else on this board.
So I tried nutrition tracking these past few days. I had tried here and there, but found it difficult to do so when I eat so much stuff that wasn't factory made.

I found myfitnesspal.com, and it's fantastic. I like the app more than the website.

Anyways, the main point of me posting this is because I enjoy saying my thoughts in here. When someone goes into a plant based, whole foods lifestyle, the amount of carbohydrates goes through the roof. The amount of lean protein sources gets a major cut back. I found this out today and yesterday when I got about 55% carbs, 15% protein, and 30% fat. For a large volume of food, that made me feel full and which is my normal amount, got me to 2400 calories, and my maintenance is 3200. Yikes, it surprised me. I've been experimenting on what to do to get my protein up to a bigger percent than my fat, in a plant based way, but it's been difficult because nuts have fat, you can't eat a bunch of beans (or anything really), and my parents are really against supplements, so I don't often have protein I can take. I've been looking at Vega Sport's protein, and I'm thinking of introducing egg whites back into my food to replace my oat cereal. That'll make my carbohydrate and fat percent go down more, and protein go up, which is perfect. I'll have to see how much protein per day though, depending on how much the egg whites change my percents. I also will have to eat more, so I think I'll divide the amount of calories I want by six, wiggle them around so they fit nicely into what meals and snacks should be, and that'll help. Still gotta eat more though, and everyone I know already thinks I eat a lot, haha.
...............

Just let them rest. Ive had sore arms before.

New case.
It tures out I'm nearsighted. I don't want to tell my mom because she will blame it on me for "using the computer too much ". How should I approach her on this?
After Muay Thai practise, I love taking a hot bath, it really relaxes my muscles. Then, eat loads (unless you're on a diet) and sleep a lot, should be completely rejuvenated for the next day. Are you fairly new to boxing or have you been going for a while? Generally the more advanced you are, the less sore you'll be the day after a workout.

She'll blame the computer, and rightfully so.

Telling her is better than "Oh, by the way" when you're learning to drive and just deep-tongue kissed a telephone pole with your car.
Okay...
Well turns out I could have inherited the nearsightness from her. My sister is nearsighted as well...
Also I trully don't think its the computer. She doesn't let me use it on weekdays unless I'm off from school.
Is your mother nearsighted as well ? Because your sister being so too does not necessarily mean much genetically if one of your parents is nearsighted also. It could just mean that you both had stimuli to degenerate your sight ...
Genetics this and genetics that, but parents are quicker to blame the devil machines for things than something they cannot control.

That was my point, and it is still a very real possibility - and the reality of most people's relationships with their parents on this issue.
My grandma is nearsighted, and my dad is also nearsighted but not immensely affected by it.
It sounds like your computer use is restricted compared to most people, so you're better off just telling her, she'll understand it's inherited. You should tell her soon, getting glasses/contact lenses really improves the quality of your life. Or maybe I'm just saying that cos I've got like -4 eyesight in both eyes, but it was really refreshing to be able to see the world with 20/20 vision.
Yes. Ive tried on my friends glasses before and this is what I said:
My life this actually is bad?! I thought it was better!
Just kidding. I really said:
Wow, everything is so clear!

Just go straight to a doctor and get a shot for it.

Yes, like th!nk said go strait to the doctor. Do not take chances and sit there.
the inside of my nose has been a bit raw like in one nostril and hurts like heck when i touch it. anyone know whats wrong?
It could be an infection... the infection could be causing swelling making it hurt when you touch it. Any correct me if I'm wrong.

Sinuses/allergies are the first(and most likely) possibility - dry air will do this, especially with pollen around. If you've been blowing your nose excessively, or had a runny nose a lot recently, that could also be responsible. If no other symptoms are prominent it's likely nothing to be concerned about.

I understand you're trying to help and be useful, but this isn't the kind of thing where someone without actual textbook knowledge and some experience in the field itself should be doing that.
