Directions/Additional Information
1120 Jackson Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904. We will be playing either under the pavilion or on the grass.

Tournament Time: Tournament Registration and Free Play will be starting at 3:00PMish, however we be starting the event at 3:30 PMish. It would be appreciated, however, if attendees would be there at least a couple of minutes earlier so we can get the battles and or blocks ready beforehand. We'd like to get the tournament done as soon as we can, but if your going to be late PM me or post in this thread.

Entry Fees: Tournament entry will cost five dollars a person, although if an extra ten is payed, a Blader Passport would be yours, along with a cool Passport Face online! Most importantly, though, free tournaments until your passport expires the following year. How cool is that! As you know it allows you to enter any tournament for the next year without paying the fee, as well as giving you the chance to participate in whatever contests or giveaways the WBO may offer.

Side Note: Please, PLEASE, PLEASE keep a hold on each and every part you own. We'd like to avoid thefts of all types, from Beyblades to game systems and laptops. Keep all your personal belongings close to your person at all times; do not leave them hanging around, as they are YOUR responsibility, and the tournament staff cannot be held liable for thefts.

Prize: TBA

Thanks. Cripes I have been stuck in a business meeting for 131 minutes.
can probably make this one two. been waiting for a classic
It's gonna wind up being club format for Classic I guess. That's okay.
Depending if I can or can't, Can I come late, like at 4:00?

Plus I'm happy there's some Maryland bladers here!
I'm from Baltimore and I haven't gotten a single chance to battle anyone at all!
We need more MD tournaments!
I'll be taking the organizer's quiz again later this year when my life gets a little less unstable.

I certainly hope more people join the tournament. I have a couple of interesting combos I want to try out.
I’m a maybe
I am in. It's my first time to take part in the event. I look forward to going there!

You need to click Join Tournament I think.
I might be able to go! It depends on if my guardian is not bored out of her mind or not!
We ended up having 5 people for this so we did a club format deck round robin. We had some hiccups with the scoring, as some matches scored according to first stage 1/1/1 and some scored according to finals 1/2/2.

I was trying a bunch of combos that WEREN'T Orpheus O2, and as I result I lost a bunch. My Dranzer Flame Heavy Destroy combo did not succeed as well as it does against my own Orpheus. My DGF Down Orbit? No good! My GG.S.Orbit? No good! Wolborg didn't work well either. I should've tried Valkyrie Heavy X', honestly. But I think by then I was too tired to be creative.

Cheetoblader, on the other hand, rocked O2 for most of the matches and did exceptionally well.

I still think Classic has a more interesting meta than standard. Hope to get more for classic next time!
