Wheels with irregular circumferences compliment it's irregular rotation. You switch the track to the side. It doesn't necessarily widen it's area of spin, but rather the beyblade will start to bounce because of it's instability. Because this Beyblade is not meant to be stable, you don't have to worry about a wheel that will stay balanced. The rubber of R2F creates more friction to the surface, causing it to bounce even more. By time a Beyblade clashes, it's not only clashing from rotation, but from going up and down.
L L Drago doesn't work too well, oddly enough.

The bull wheel is useless. I've tried, I couldn't make it work and sharp tips way too easily for me.
