A more appropriate question would be: Evoloution or Creationism, but religious discussion isn't allowed...
the chocken came first cause if theres no chicken there would be no egg and the eggs would never hatch without the chicken to be there first
Hah, no.
Technically, the egg would have had to come first. Two organisms similar to the chicken would have mated, and then due to genetic variation that occurs during fertilisation, the first chicken would have been born, in the egg.

this question is un-answerable, as you need an egg to have a chicken, and a chicken to have an egg, so, when humans can find the true meaning of life, then i'll believe what they say came first
by 100s of thousands of years of evolution came the chicken(by early creatures like the chicken so the egg),almost, basically what Momiji said,But if your about relgion the chicken :V easy question.....
rewritten to make some sense

ok, you were right, I wasn't thinking there, and that's especially stupid considering we just finished a Biological Diversity unit in science.d'oh

"Chicken" comes first in the question
But I digress.
Eggs were around in the age of dinosaurs. Chickens (and indeed all birds) evolved from dinosaurs. Ergo, the egg came first.
