i'd say skip flame sag but if you can afford it go for it i guess

i also don't see rock leone as that important when you can get WB from so many RBVL

I guess i will go for RBVL 3 for The Clay aries and Horns, C145 and WB.

Yes, you should definately ask the seller for a discount. A lot of sellers on ebay offer a discount of like 10% or something when you buy multiple items from them.

Because the most useful part of E. Aquila and D. Bull are their bottoms, which are both stamina bottoms. So if you already have SD, for example, you wouldn't really need, WD, since both bottoms basically serve the same purpose... stamina.

Leone Flame sag and Aquila is around the same price as 5 RBVL3

I'd probably just get R. Leone, F. Sagittario and E. Aquila. While RBLV3 has a few good parts, it also comes with a lot of crappy and outclassed parts, so it would be pretty risky.
