I'm aiming for Top 8 next tournament, but going 2-2 and placing 10th in my first tournament wasn't horrible I guess

I checked the top 8 and it says that each match was won by one point. You have to put in how many points each blader got rather than just who won.
USN So for example if a match went 5-1 you would mark down 5 for the winners score and 1 for the losers score on that particular match. Asking for future clarification. Thanks for letting me know.

Actually, this isn’t true. You’re supposed to click “Advanced Options” and check the box that says “Quick Advance-Report winners only” when creating the Challonge page for a tournament. I believe this was a question on the old organizers quiz as well.

Isn't that only for the first stage?

Where did you hear this said? You’re actually supposed to not record points at all after the match is done, the only thing put into Challonge is wins and losses, though obviously when you put the winner of a matchup, it gives you the loser of the matchup as well.

No, that’s in general.

It applies to both first and final stage if I’m not mistaken. It’s not something that’ll affect the outcome of the tournament, but it does make the match recording process longer than it needs to be.
Sorry for the confusion ya'll, I don't know where I heard that. Thanks for correcting me.
This matches for event have now been processed.
