There's no age limit or minimum for WBO tournaments. I, for example, am 35. In tournaments, I've played against, and lost to, a blader who was 4. He came in second in the tournament.

None of any of the WBO tournament format have any age restrictions. Not in the official rules at least.

WBO don’t have age limit, but in Hasbro tournaments, age limit is 13.
