If your bottom is scratched and the tips are worn, then it's a problem. If the rubber on RF is just shorter because the impact pushed it into the bottom, that's fine. If it's scratched or slanted in any way, it's illegal for play.

I understand being slightly worn would cause your blade to be slightly shorter. And a ultra worn rubber shouldn't be used.
