Speaking of people who are gonna come, I'll be around.
Even though the side events will have a competitive aspect to them so we can decide who to award some extra prizes to, we do of course mean for that aspect of the weekend to be more casual. Last year I focused too heavily on tournaments, but this year I think we have the right balance between casual fun and competition. I'll have brand new Beyblades on hand for like $5 each too for newcomers ("No Bey? No Prob!"

), as always.
The Battle Stations we should definitely do. I think Friday afternoon is the most appropriate time. Would anyone be interesting in helping out with that? For those who don't know, in the past we had several "Beyblade Battle Stations" set up around the con to help promote our events; you would basically just be playing Beyblade with a partner at an assigned location for a couple hours, showing people how to play Beyblade, allowing them to play, and promoting the events with fliers and WBO Promo Cards.

anyways, i will be coming. and i guess if anyone wants an old blader, who only owns two beyblades currently, to join their team.. I'm back?
Just read the Team Format thread I linked to in the OP and you'll be up to speed.
Sweet. Looking forward to seeing you! You'll find a team, I'm sure; if not, we'll find one for you.
