$24? It's $6 to enter, or $20 for a Blader Passport which will grant you entry to all WBO events for an entire year.
Eh, people can buy BeyStadiums on HLJ for basically twenty-five dollars shipped, thirty maximum, with express EMS... Perhaps this is what creates the distorted reality where it seemed horrific to give those initial values for sets and stadiums in the Blader Rewards hah. I mean, people will always buy at the cost they are willing to pay and that might be fine for some, but I would reconsider the source if it means that they need that markup for you to get mostly even with what you paid hah.
Wow really? I got my black stadium for 35 CAD Unhappy
Well I got other Beyblade items with it, but EMS is always fifteen dollars minimum anyway, so even alone it could not have cost that much.

But thirty-five dollars is already closer to the good prices than forty or forty-seven, do not worry hah.
Count me in

I didn't even check HLJ since they always seemed to be sold out before for previous releases, but yeah they are the ideal because the middleman is eliminated by using them.

We bought a lot in past from Oki , but HLJ have the best prices and super fast because they shipped out from Tokyo, the last package took 2 days Japan-Toronto that is awesome. I did gave a chance to OKI for better prices but we couldn't do it, the difference in a few items was over 2500 yen for that difference we bought an extra 2 stadiums. Since the release from B-23 excalibur we are buying from HLJ. The shipping from Oki needs to get from Nara--> Osaka--> Vancouver--Toronto it wastes 2 days at least
So bummed that I still can't come to this because of a friend's birthday. Her birthday is in the evening, so maybe I can tryyyy.... but I'll have to be a maybe! :3

YOU COULD DO IT CADNEY GOGOGOGOGO

Sorry, I've been working late this week! I'll be there. See you all on Saturday!
Really excited for this event! Will be interesting to see how we all react to the banning of Odin.

Everyone probably remembers that Odin is banned (well, you must if you've read the event name), but I'd also encourage everyone to review the new Burst Format rulebook to familiarize yourself with the other rule changes: http://tinyurl.com/wbo-burst-format

1st: LMAO
2nd: Kei
3rd: 1234beyblade
4th: Mitsu

Great tournament and beautiful day today! Still looking for my seemingly elusive first place finish in a Beyblade Burst tournament, but was happy to see LMAO win his first tournament since Time to Stop 1234beyblade last August! Smile The finals were quite intense too; we needed a triple tiebreak between myself, 1234beyblade, and Mitsu to determine second and third. I'll get some photos posted later, and also post thoughts on the combinations that were seen in our first tournament without Odin when the winning combinations are posted.
Wow, im glad you guys had fun today! Sorry I had to miss out though :p

And, congrats to all the placers!!
''nice tricks!"
''yo Hubert where's that yggdrasil I won?''

Basically today in two sentences, lol.

Hi, just walked through the door! It was definitely a really good day today. I had went 8-6, but I'm also glad to say despite a rather horrible record, I enjoyed this tournament far more than the others that involved Odin and I could also say that the game is very well-balanced. I will post more about the experience later tonight. Smile
Congratulations to all the placers! Glad to see you guys had fun Grin

Definitely interested to hear everybody's opinion on the Odin-less tournament, and how they thought Gyro performed.
Hey guys! Had a really fun day today with you all! I went 4-1 in my block, only losing to 1234beyblade, in the finals I went 3-0 Smile Everyone played really hard out there today, hence the triple three way tie haha. Loved using Deathscyther Heavy/Ring Zephyr, as the combo really stood out to me based on what Mitsu had told me about it. Really fun combination to use, highly recommend it! The weather was great today which made everything like 10x better.

The tournament without Odin was actually a blessing. Odin usually frustrates everyone at tournaments and with it gone, I felt as if Deathscyther was a much more viable option. Gyro needs some testing, but it seems solid to me so far.

NICE TRICK!

"thanks"

Glad I made it out, I would love to see more tournaments in Dufferin Grove during the summer. Much easier park to access and we got to talk to a lot of passer by's.

I need to get my hands on some new parts though, There area lot of weights I'm not familiar with already.

Yeah, I definitely want to start playing here more! Not only do we get much more of an audience there than we do at High Park, where we play at High Park has more of a nature centric now. It became more ''officialized'' by the City of Toronto, as we saw at a previous event this year.
