High Park - Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Standard and Zero-G format
1234beyblade has been on a crazy streak hasn't he? Well now it's time to stop him! Come on out to "Time to stop 1234beyblade"! After you're done reking him, stay for our 2nd event of he day "Sway the Night away!" The 3rd installment of Mitsu's "Sway" series. Come out to High Park and rek 1234beyblade and play in the Zero-G stadium with the F230 ban! It'll be tons of fun! @[Mitsu] and I will be co-hosting both events! Also, I know the render is carp, that's the point! We're hoping to see a lot of Toronto bladers out there on August 30th! Assuming we have enough attendees, this will be an official WBO tournament, so make sure to get your Blader Passport for $12 if you haven't done so already! Or, simply pay $6 (per tournament) if you plan attending only one of these events.
Location:
We'll be playing in the shelter where we usually play. If you're coming to High Park via the Bloor entrance, just follow that road down on the right side and you'll see the large building/shelter on the left hand side before you reach the tennis courts. In case you guys haven't been to our regular tournaments, here are some visual directions.
Directions: (Click to View)
Format: Standard then Zero-G format, probably Block Round Robin.
Tournament Time:First tournament will start at 11 AM, 2nd tournament will start at roughly 2 PM.
Prizes: Will be determined at the tournament
Side Note: We'd advise users to please, please look after your stuff. While yes this is a Beyblade tournament and we're not suggesting that any of us would attempt to take each other's stuff it is still happening at a public venue where other people (who may not be so friendly) are going to be present as well. Of course, if you see a personal belonging lying around bring it up any of the judges so we can return it to the right person. Your co-operation is appreciated!
If you have any questions please post below. We're keeping Toronto's bey-spirit alive and healthy, your support thus far is appreciated! Let's keep this up guys! If you wish to attend please post below, I'll start gathering an attendance list.

Aw, that's too bad. Hopefully we can meet some other time in the future!

I'm sure I'll get up there sooner or later, although, you also get down to Chicago once or twice a year, correct? Next time you are, shoot me a PM and I'll see if I can't get something going. It also wasn't meant to be as my family didn't actually bring our passports with us either haha, good luck to everyone tomorrow.
Good luck to everyone later today, I hope that the event runs smoothly! I guess we'll find out later today if the threads name is correct lol.
I will be leaving my house in about one hour, and I should be at High Park at around 10am - 10:15am! See you guys there!
I'm gonna be leaving in a bit. See you guys soon!

Oh man, I was so hoping 1234 would wreck all of you.
Congrats to all of the placers! I have to say I'm pretty disappointed 1234beyblade didn't rek you guys lol.
Pretty disappointing day for me personally after going 4-1 in my block at Time to Stop 1234beyblade and not advancing to the finals due to the tiebreak with Jesse and LMAO (can't think of another time we've had three Bladers tied at 4-1!), and just missing out on placing at Sway the Night Away ... but despite that it was fun! It's hard to get too down on myself when the quality of competition is so high.
And congratulations to u wot m8 for placing first for the first time ever! He wrecked everyone in Zero-G today, including me (finally).

Very fun day; had an 11-5 score overall.
Congrats everyone else that placed, especially Nooh for winning for the first time ever! Hopefully after this, I'll be making top 10. Really excited for these tournaments to be processed. I don't think I'm gonna send in the results tonight, but I'm going to go ahead and post the winning combinations for Sway the Night Away shortly.
Thank you all for coming out!
And Pyrus, we're gonna miss you! See you at ZANKYE 100K dude!
EDIT: Hey, @[JesseObre], please send me those photos you took when you get the time!

Incredible tournament today! I had pretty bad records in both tournaments, but it was still really fun! Congrats to all the placers, and congrats to @[U wot m8] for placing 1st for the first time!
mmmkay well it's not like you were the one judging two painfully long matches
Thanks for making my last tournament experience (for a while at least) so amazing! I'm going to miss all of you guys so much! (until one of u spams me on skype) I'll try my best to come to other tournaments / the ZANKYE 100K tournament, but if I can't, you will definitely see me next year!
I will definitely make my return someday...
