[font="Source Sans Pro", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif]I will not be postponing the tournament for anyone this time.  The store is only open for a few hours and must follow their rules.  I understand many of you are coming from far places because this is the few places holding events but I cannot accommodate for you or anyone even if you really love beyblades.[/font]

[font="Titillium Web", sans-serif][font="Source Sans Pro", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif]Event is capped at 8 for the people that registered.  If there are late/no shows I will not be filling those spots with people who wish to participate but did not register in hopes of no shows.  The only thing that will happen is either me or the shop owner will fill a spot if there is an odd number of players, I am currently not participating in this event.[/font]

Due to COVID-19, all tournament participants and attendees are required to abide by the requirements outlined and linked in full detail below. If you do not, you may be asked to leave the tournament area. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe!

1. Feeling unwell? Stay at home.
2. Wear a Mask or Face Covering
3. Thumbs Up Instead of Handshakes
4. Do Not Lend or Play with Others Equipment
5. During Beyblade Inspection, Disassemble Beyblades for Judges
6. Do Not Bring More Than 1 Person With You
7. Maintain Physical Distancing (2 meters/6 feet apart)
8. After each Match Judges Must Disinfect Stadium
9. Only Bladers Registered Before the Tournament Day may Participate
10. Eliminated from the tournament? You must leave the tournament area.

COVID-19 Precautions READ THIS BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ATTENDANCE:

Connecticut

Effective Friday, November 6, 2020, the entire State of Connecticut will roll back to Phase 2.1:Due to increasing rates of COVID-19 in Connecticut, the entire state will roll back to Phase 2.1 – a slightly modified version of the previously enacted Phase 2 rules – effective at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, November 6. The major changes that will occur under Phase 2.1 include:

  • Restaurants will reduce to 50 percent capacity with a maximum of 8 people limited to a table;

  • Restaurants and entertainment venues (i.e. bowling allies, movie theaters, arcades, etc.) will be required to close by 9:30 p.m., with the exception of food takeout and delivery services, which will be allowed to continue after 9:30 p.m.;

  • Personal services, such as hair salons and barber shops, will remain at 75 percent capacity;

  • Event venues will be limited to 25 people indoor, 50 people outdoor;

  • Performing arts venues and movie theaters will have a capacity of 100 people; and

  • Religious gatherings will be limited to 50 percent capacity or 100 people maximum.

The governor is expected to soon issue an executive order implementing Phase 2.1, and the Department of Economic and Community Development in the coming days will provide businesses with further guidance on the changes.

Yeah if WBO staff deals with it after I submit the data cool w/e but I dont think I should promote this at the local store.
