Don't wanna break your admiration of that girl, but she certainly recorded the song in studio and filmed the video afterwards without music. That or she has the best freakin' live recording tools ever.

Even without looking at the scenery, that's still impressive to play like that while dancing like that. The notes are dead-on, which is difficult to do when moving like that. Even if the background was edited (you're right though, probably is).

I'm putting a second spoiler in case you accidentally pressed the first one or you nonchalantly pressed it. Because I care about you (Click to View)

So, I finished Skyward today, and it leaves my brain in a pickle. The biggest thing I need to think about is when the Gate of Time was put into the Master Sword (That's what happened from my understanding, it's correct right?). So the Gate of Time in this game worked differently than in OoT. First of all in OoT, say Link drew his name on his house, it wouldn't show up in the future time. It's kinda like a parallel world. When Link makes his journey from child to adult, he doesn't exist in the child world anymore, and same vise-versa.

But in Skyward Sword, the bracelet was given to Impa in the past, but in the future, Impa still had it. And when the young Impa was in the future, so was the old Impa. So the Gate of Time in Skyward Sword works differently.

These are couple things I think it may be:

- In OoT, the Sword had to seal away Link. He had to age in another dimension. When he finished aging in that dimension, he left to a parallel world that is seven years after the day the sword was removed. In Skyward Sword, link didn't have to be sealed away, the portal was a direct transportation route. It's extremely difficult for me to explain this though, but it makes sense in my head, haha

- Maybe there isn't actually parallel worlds in OoT. But if I think of this with only OoT in mind, it doesn't make much sense.

- What if the Gate of Time that was in Skyward Sword isn't the same Gate as OoT? It could be completely true because think about this: What if Link in OoT didn't have to age, would he be able to switch between time? In other games with the Master Sword, Link didn't and couldn't go back and forth in time (That I can think of off the top of my head). This seems to go very very well with my very first thought.

- The Triforce not being in the Master Sword at the end of SS raises a thought.

Aside from that, the other big thing I'm curious about is what happens to the Skyloftians? Do they stay there forever? Do they eventually go to earth?

My brother thinks that the Ococco place in Twilight Princess is the Skyloftians. I think I also recall the Ococco's saying things about them being an ancient civilization and stuff like that.

It also makes sense because in games other than TP and SS, the land in the sky may not even be known about. It could be there, but Link never has the need or method to go there.

And I'm also curious about Gaepora. There's no doubt that he's Kaepora Gaebora, and there's evidence for this in OoT and SS. How did he turn into an owl? A reincarnation or what? And he just decided to go to the world below?

About the Ococco, I think eventually the Skyloftians descended to the Surface, and established a civilization, maybe? (Called Hyrule, obviously.) And after the Skyloftians had left, the Loftwings possibly evolved and became somewhat civilized as the Ococco? Perhaps the City in the Sky in TP is Skyloft.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense too. Especially since Groose's friends visited the surface at the end. And Gaepora may be the Hyrulian King but also Kaepora Gaebora and eventually the King of Red Lions? Or instead of the King, the Light Sage, Rauru. Those two are just huge guesses though.

Holy CARP. Getting the Hylian Shield in Hero Mode is going to be hell. You're not allowed to use potions, hearts don't appear, and everything does double damage. @_@

BTW I mean you can't use potions in the sidequest-thing only. Otherwise you can.

I recorded myself powering up the Master Sword to its full power in Hero Mode. (Insta-charge Skyward Strike, beybeh >:D) Watch it if you want. This isn't really a spoiler IMO. Ignore the fan and the fact that I don't have a capture card.

I checked everywhere for it before leaving my house. Sold out, everywhere. Even at the TRU absolutely no one goes to.

The Legend of Zelda timeline was released in a book apparently. The book is Hyrule Historia and is available in Japan. It explains the timeline for the series, and it is quite confusing. Most theories are proven true though.

Hell yes. It was voted Best Game of the year by G4, and IMO, best title for the Wii. Shame it was the only real Wii-exclusive Zelda game.
