No, if you’re able to come, you can join.
Thinking of getting a new launcher before the tournament, are there any launchers that are banned or cant be used?

Only fake launchers and grips are banned. The launchers and grips have to be Burst, and either Takara Tomy or Hasbro.
I might join depends on how much work I have to do and maiden progress of being made.
I have decided that I will be donating a prize to this event! I had a Royal Genesis G5 I was selling, but since it’s not selling, why not put it towards a prize here?

So yeah, the prize for this event will be a NIB Royal Genesis G5.

I might be able to make it but its 5 hours away so probably not
I concur for my being is in the same predicament
Hello I’m new can you tell me how to figure out how to determine fake beys

phillips head screws are the main giveaway. parts w/out gimmicks, parts that belong on other beys, and color swaps are also common
Are we allowed to make at least 1 combo I have an amazing cho z Achilles layer with flare dragon disc and emperor Forneus driver

Literally shaped like the bottom of a bowl. I call it crater Achilles

You can make combos just only three beys are allowed to be used during the tournament (not including free play) and no TT parts with Hasbro
Seems like this event is going to have a good turnout.

The Hasbro drivers aren’t allowed on TT layers, but the Hasbro disks are allowed on TT beys (and Vice Versa).

You can use discs from both Hasbro and Tamara Tomy across the two brands. Layers and drivers from both brands are not cross brand compatible.

Oh I see. I thought Hasbro disks weren’t allowed with TT
From rule book :
"Brand Incompatibility: Hasbro Energy Layers cannot be used with Takara-Tomy Drivers, and Takara-Tomy Layers cannot be used with Hasbro Performance Tips. This applies to official battles in WBO events, and parts previously used in testing in a mixed brand combination. The slopes on Hasbro Energy Layers that have played with Takara-Tomy Drivers inevitably are damaged, increasing their burst resistance illegally."

Does anyone here know if there's any noticeable performance difference in the disc between the brands?
Yay so I can use my crater Achilles?

Well I’m still confused let me know if this is allowed a hasbro layer tt disk and tt driver
(Oct. 13, 2020  6:23 PM)Husk Brutus Wrote: Yay so I can use my crater Achilles?

If the Achilles is TT, and the Yard driver is TT, then yes, you can.
What about the disk it’s tt btw

Or does that not matter
