It's going to be very interesting to see how this is pulled off. I personally don't think any amount of coding can make software look as though it's on 360 (maybe early 360 ie. launch carp that look like PS2 1.5) if the hardware isn't there to back it up. There is also the "Why Bother" aspect, Wii ain't HD, and this game will suffer from that because of it's developers' goal.

But hey, Nintendo showed a vote of confidence with this game, and Disaster: Day Of Crisis by showing it off to the attendees of their E3 conference instead of mainstream carp and Star carp games... oh wait...

Are you saying this engine is actually going to be a peripheral, rather then referring to it's graphics engine? Why bother releasing a peripheral like that and not just a console. That's not going to happen.

High Voltage will probably license out the Conduit Engine to other developers ala Epic and the Unreal Engine, but that's only available to developers, and it's like a computer, not a console.

look i didnt say that its written on the websites so maybe this pic isnt showing the real graphics and still they got a year to make it even better cuz it will be released on 2009,i think those websites know more than us and they sure did a comparsion before they said its similler to the xbox graphics.

It is hard, because the Wii has very few good games.

I can guarantee that pretty much everyone here wanted the Wii to do well originally, but Nintendo has done a terrible job and there are almost no good games worth buying for this system. Those graphics do not look that amazing.

antiwii? i got a wii 2 months after release, i'm not saying wii is carp without having owning it, i'm saying it's carp after owning it (well actually i still own it but i haven't touched it since december last year)
