I can’t really get aH4 to win. It can draw, maybe. I used a brand new Octa and tried to tornado stall, and I am unable to do it.

Sorry for the late response.
My Hasbro Octa is pretty worn, so the LAD is a bit better than a new one.
The Out-Spins in that test were close though.
Here are a few other tests:
(Left) Sr 7 R VS (MGC, Balance) aC 7 R
Sr: 70% (7 OS)
aC: 30% (3 OS)
(Right, Weak) Sr 5W Br VS ZL5 00E X
ZL5: 80% (7 KOs, 1 BF)
Sr: 20% (1 OS, 1 BF)
(Right, Weak) Sr 5W Br VS ZL5 00E V (Worn)
ZL5: 70% (4 KOs, 3 BF)
Sr: 30% (2 OS, 1 BF)

So then why soft launch it? I mean, surely in a real-life match, the person would be smart enough to realize it wasn’t working, and launch a bit harder.
I dunno, a lot of these tests seem a bit wack.
I tried launching it a little harder, that's where the two bursts came from. I'd rather lose by OS than by BF for obvious reasons.
I'm not the only one getting these results,
BuilderROB is as well.
