The following have been added to the PLA/HMS
rulebook:

Storm Grip Base (Dragoon S)

• You may invert the rubber tip from Dragoon S Storm Grip Base in order to use the circular flat rubber base as the tip.
  

This change was primarily made to provide additional accessibility to Rubber Flats besides Defense Grip Base (inverted) and the very expensive and very fragile SG Grip Change Base.
