because I really am really not that great with paypal stuff

You don't have to use paypal, state in your post that you will do transactions in cash at the tournament site. Let me ask Kai-V for some guidance here and will reply to this thread with the results of that conversation.
Kai-V says not to create a separate thread for selling/trading You can post that you have things to sell at the tournament, but inquiries and transactions must be done over PM.

If you have further questions, please PM me.
so do we know if its double elimination yet, the list is really long.

Not yet, and actually I won't be able to determine the format until the day of the tournament after everyone has registered. Sooooooo, the answer will always be "not yet", soooooo let us all take a solemn vow not to ask again, OK? Thanks! Smile

Plus, having more bladers active in MD means that we are getting close to a point where we will always have enough people to have a tournament - or even 2 tournaments.

For instance, the next tournament I host (#4 for me) we might have an open tournament that gets like 30 people in double elimination, but then we might also have a tournament afterwards for the hardcore bladers that could be restricted to 12 or 16 or something to guarantee a block round robin (or full round robin if it's smaller).

So the more bladers we have, the more options we have, and the more tournaments we can have! Sound good?
Im soo excited for the tournament Grin
i will be their
i will be there i meant
yeah that sounds awesome arupaeo. Do you think that if we get a lot of blader we could be a chosen state to have the Hasbro regional?

Probably not this year. But if MD were to become a huge blading nexus in the US I can't imagine that that would escape Hasbro's attention. So rally the troops, and let's get 1,000 people out for October! Grin

Great, and good to see you again! Got you on the list.
I would not imagine how many attack stadium we would need D: if we have 1,000 bladers
I love the idea but lets get bigger Like wbo World tourny or regional Usa tourny point is 1 representative for each state but anyways back to the topic the idea of a 1000 participants is great
You guys are some big thinkers!
And even if we caught Hasbro's attention for like a BIG MD thing, we would be stuck with the Hasbro stadiums.
I guess you win some, and you lose some. :[

Yeah that might happen or maybe we could just have our tournament hosters in md be the host and hasbro just supports it and advertises like what toywiz did.

but how would we get hasbro's attention, they are not on the wbo, so how would they know, would we have to record our tourny on you tube and hope it gets a lot of view to show how many people there are in md that play beyblades.
Hasbro knows about us and they do not care about us.
I am interested in taking part in this tournament. Please let me know I what I need to do to register. Thanks!

On another topic

I've been doing some planning for the tournament, and think that this is going to be a great time for everyone! Hopefully the weather cooperates and we have a dry day on the grass without too much sun. (I know I'm asking for a lot)

Speaking of the weather, I will be hosting a tournamentNat MLK park In October - and it might be our last tournament outside until spring. I just started a new job in Rockville, so I should have plenty of opportunity to connect with Galaxy4ever's contact at the game shop there. In the mean time, please feel free to make suggestions for other potential indoor venues for us to explore as we begin to enter the wet/snowmaggedon season! Thanks!
i would come but i need a ride
