Hi everyone! This is the official thread for The Dual Duel - 2011's last outdoor tournament in Martin Luther King Jr. Park - on Sunday, October 16. (We will move indoors beginning in November)

Registration: 10:30am - Noon
Start time: Noon-thirty
Format: 2 Block Round Robin tournaments in BB-10 attack stadiums, to occur simultaneously or sequentially depending on number of attendees (NO double elimination!)
Surface: Grass!
Fees: Standard WBO fees ($5 entry fee or free with a Blader Passport)
Prizes: Pool of (1) Random Booster v8 and (2) Random Booster v7s
1st place gets first pick plus a MF-H (NIB)
2nd place gets second pick
3rd place gets third pick

Diego, Think again. There was no place anyone really got (Speaking there were two tournaments at the same time in theory) Cause if you got 2 wins and 2 loses, someone else could've gotten that same thing also, and same with another one but when it came down to the finals there are places usually from 4th to 1st place.

Hah. I would confirm if I could, but MetalZoroark was so intent on hiding his combos from me during freeplay I'm not sure I even saw it when he beat me with it in the tournament!LOL
But aside from that, I agree with you totally. MZ was clearly filled with a strong and positive beyspirit! He was a pleasure to have at the tournament, and its just a shame that he lives in upstate New York and not in Maryland!
