Hi everyone! This is the official thread for The July Joust - a tournament in Maryland's most popular Beyblade spot (Martin Luther King Jr. Park) on Sunday, July 24.

The park is on Jackson Road just off New Hampshire Ave (route 650) in Silver Spring, Maryland. Google is your friend for directions (the park is also known as Jackson Road Park).

Location: The closest address to put in your GPS is 1098 Jackson Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904, but be sure to look at the map above for the actual location of the tournament (circled in red)

Prizes: A large pool of prizes including Random Booster v7's and other Takara Tomy and Sonokong MFB's with useful parts (TBD). Also... a special surprise prize for all bladers!

I had a great time too, but I'll have to come back with something better than a Pegasis next time I come up (though I probably won't ;p)

No, Bluezee did not go and he doesn't get "pwned" by ANYONE. You apparently must not know how good he really is when he actually bothers to try, which I must say is very rare even at tournaments which pisses me off. He puts more effort into practice than at these "tournaments". And for the first and last time, HE IS NOT A NYC BLADER! He and I are New Jersey bladers. Get it right. They are much different.

Nice Job to everyone who attended. Congrats Deikailo for placing as well!

Thanks!

Not accurate or the kind of spirit we're trying to engender here. Having our friends from New York was an awesome addition, and they more than held their own...
I think I saw it in the trunk of my car, actually, although, by the time I pulled into my driveway, I was seeing double so I'll see if I actually have the 4th stadium tomorrow.

Yeah, Hydreigon did great at this event! Too bad he has that fourth place curse. Unhappy

The4anime. Three times.
Sorry for my confusion but he did go? And last time I saw The4Anime he was tough, still glad to see people improving . Also Deikailo u have a double post Confused
No, Bluezee did not go. I had three bladers from Pennsylvania and one other New Yorker in my car.

And your point, Mr. Moderator? Uncertain
Oh oh oh ok. Thanks I was confused. But still it couldnt hurt to edit Wink. Wasnt trying to be mod either.

On the other side, I wish I was there, it wouldve been competitive and fun. T_T, farwell othellog. Good luck hosting furture VA tournaments! Your friend ®otation.

The4anime. Three times.

You did realize he used things he was testing against him right? He used like the crappiest combos EVER and only used a good one during his last match with him. The4anime even knows that. they tlked about it and even did matches afterwards to show what he meant. He is good but don't make it seem like he just swept the floor with him because that was not the case.

Shut the hell up and stop hating. If bluezee got beat than that's fine, its like you consider him the most important blader. He is a VERY good blader, but that doesn't mean 25% % percent of tournament talk has to be about bluezee. Tongue_out
I'm not the one for excuses, that's why if bluezee did lose to the4anime 3 times, you shouldn't complain about it. I mean, I've lost to coolblader like 3 times, and I'm not here saying that:
"He used like the crappiest combos EVER and only used a good one during his last match with him"
That tourney was awesome. Thanks to Deikailo for the ride but,my 2-2 curse kicked in again(god I hate it) and something bad always happened on the last round Unhappy. Ah well it was fun especially my battle with othellog and Odin. THEY WERE EPIC!!!!!!!!
Congrats to the winners.

Wow, how condescending. The4anime is a good blader. That's why he won.

Like Othellog said, shut the hell up. Bluezee isn't a god.
Heres the video i made of the tournament http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2LAJhc6Yoo
I was in like, half the battles. Nice job on the video!
