Trust me, this is much more difficult than it sounds.

You ban him and he makes new accounts and he just doesn't stop. He's also constantly spamming my PM box and I'm sure if I hadn't removed my AIM SN from my profile he'd likely be up my carp there as well.

I don't know this person but i also don't know why the hell you unbanned him 15 Times, that can't be and only when I here this i can say for sure NO. I don't must know what he make or where he is to say this when a people get 15 times bannedn and make so heavy carp than i can say as a new member NO.

Not worth it.

For someone to have so many chances and mess up every single one of them don't deserve the chance to come back, I think it would be 3 years before I even considered letting them back on. So in short not worth the time of day.

WOW, he sure knows how to rack up a lot of noice. I kinda feel stupid for trying to convince brad to let him back in after he tricked me into beleiving that he wanted to be my freind over aim, of course i didn't know that he'd been banned 15 times but when i refused to send anymore messages to brad for him he went apeshit insane on me and i had to block him from instant messaging me. I really don't want him back, and he should just stay far far away.

but what the forum has been trying to tell you is that
1) you could ask everything in one single post, rather than asking many many many questions
2) You could also look it up, you could do a google search on the forum. Most of these questions have been asked before
So it's starting to seem like you're just asking constantly without bothering to put in any effort yourself, relying too much on them

on most forums, after one ban, most people arn't allowed back anymore
it's like probation for prisoners
you have less leeway than other members, because you've been problematic in the past
