Keep in mind he has been unbanned 15 times already, has erased all content from the Wiki twice, says "Beywiki sucks I don't care about Beywiki", has avoided temporary bans by registering new accounts, has harassed members of this board over IM, and ... well, look at Blader: Kenny's posting history and judge for yourself if his posts are worth keeping.
Oh, also, he posted hentai to get banned so he could be an admin at beybladeforums.com, a site that as you know, hasn't existed since November 2007. He seems to think this is okay because he was promised something in return, despite this complete betrayal of us and my trust for unbanning him repeatedly.
On the other hand, he says he is very sorry.

I wish you could just take legal action on him for all the carp hes done.

This kind of decision requires a beybattle. Grab two WBMS have them spin in opposite directions, one for letting him in the other for keeping him banned.
Yeah I got the same PM too. I love how he seems to think since he was told he'd be an admin for BBF it makes what he did OK.
13 times too many. Honestly, I only believe a person should have a ban removed it they were banned accidently(like someone read their post out of context, and took offense to it). So, that's a no.
