Dang, that was very sudden and unexpected.

I'll probably be able to host, so don't get your hopes down.

So that means this is canceled? Shouldn't you just say that instead?

VA has trouble committing...

VA has trouble committing...

I'm hopeful that the tournament can be salvaged. "Middle" VA is really on the cusp of getting things going, and it would be a real shame if this didn't go forward.

If ლ(ಠ益ಠლ) and his crew could make the trip, it would go a long way to being more solid and viable for othellog (if the committee sees fit to have him host it)...
Both Othellog and ლ(ಠ益ಠლ) would be great choices for hosts, either way. The problem is when I hosted in VA, I only had 6 VA bladers show up. It's unfortunate, but the only way to get VA going is to have 8 members who are already on the beyrank. It proves they can follow through.
It people would be willing to carpool with me and help with gas money I'll run this
I'll be there for sure! I only live 10 minutes from Forest Hill Park!
Ok guys I'm diffidently able to host. I'll check with Kai-V now. But, I could use ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)'s help, as I know him and he would help with the tournament.

I would be more then a help you guys to get things around

Dude if you could make it, that would be great! Smile

Yeah! No Problem Smile i'll check in with my dad

I'm now the official host of the tournament!
So, this tourney is going to continue!
Now that this is my tournament, I would like to clarify some rules.

First of all, I will have the WBO Official Rules at the tournament, but I highly advise that you read them yourself.
http://worldbeyblade.org/standardrules.pdf
My Rule on the Reshoot Clause:
The Reshoot Clause can only be used in this tournament if and only if one of the following happens.
-Your beylauncher detaches from your grip
-The prongs on the beylauncher brakes during your launch
-If your beylauncher mechanism breaks(As you cannot pull it back and/or the string cannot retract back into the beylauncher)
The Reshoot Clause can only be called once per tournament.

Just to let you know, here is the official rule on the Reshoot Clause: (Click to View)

To make this very clear, once you pick a beyblade for a match, you can not change, or modify the beyblade until that match is over. Unless it is a part like CH120, TH170, or HF/S. The rule book explains this further.

Some other important updated rules:
BeyBattle Wrote:The opposing Beyblade breaking or separating ends the BeyBattle and affords you an automatic win for the BeyBattle. If both Beyblades are found to have broken at the same time, both Bladers may choose new Beyblades, and the BeyBattle will be reset.

Selection of Beyblade and Launcher Wrote:The Blader's Beyblade selection is to be considered undecided until the Beyblade is attached to the Launcher. Once the Beyblade is attached to the Launcher, that Beyblade must be used for the duration of the BeyBattle.

Selection of Beyblade and Launcher Wrote:Note: If using a Beyblade that has multiple modes, it is illegal to change the mode of the part(s) if you have to separate or disassemble the Beyblade in any way to do so. This means that parts such as Lightning L Drago and BD145–which require the Beyblade to be disassembled in order to change modes–cannot be changed during a single BeyBattle. However, you may legally change the modes of parts such as CH120, TH170, and HF/S as many times as you like during a single BeyBattle.

Well, that's pretty much it. I know it is a lot of information, but is very important that the competitors know the rules before the tournament. I will be explaining most of this at the tournament, but I won't have that much time to explain it, so get reading!

I noticed I said "If and only if," man, Geometry class has really changed my wording.
Finally! A host! Klay, you need to triple-check before hosting a tourney. I'm a VA Blader and there aren't a lot of tourneys, so, I'm kind of pissed about that.
Oh Dear God now I have something going on 19th at MLK Park....Othellog are you okay on your own? Or i need to come and help out
Galaxy, I suggest you come. There's not many people on the list.
othellog, if would help if you posted an attending/ maybe list. js.
If Kayla isn't going I'm not going. Sorry.
I may be able to come. My parents are still thinking.
