Random Thoughts 5 - READ RULES IN FIRST POST

DUDE!!! I love to hacky sack!! I'm not that good at tricks but I'm pretty good at stalling and just hacking back and forth. And a good place to get an amazing hacky sack is here: Dragonfly Footbags

And sand is ok.. =/ I prefer the metal balls.. They add some weight to the sack and let it stall easier, plus they give it some pop.
I can hacky sack my phone into oblivion.
If any of my friends with their fancy smart phones did that, they would shatter into a thousand pieces.
OLD PHONES FTW
Why would you even try to hacky sack your phone?? haha, no offense, but that sounds like a good way to break your phone. And I used to have a smart phone but then................. it took an arrow to the knee. XD But actually, I landed on it and cracked the entire screen.
My friend does the same with all of his phones.
Here's how it usually goes (this has happened every time, not even trolling)
>Get's a girlfriend
>Breaks leg or injures it severly
>Breaks phone
Every. Single. Time. LOL

And yeah it is, but it's very durable. 2 years I've had it, not many phones on the market can still do that if they take as much a beating as I give mine.
And no, I do not try to purposely break it - I've just played hacky sack with it a couple times before LOL.
Bro, that's happened every single time????? That's insane!!! How many times has it happened??

And I bet lol. I will admit, I have played hacky sack with my new phone which is dumb.
Like 4 times. LOOOOOOL
And he recently (like 2 days ago) did it again. And everyone is like "you don't deserve to have a phone like that if all you're gonna do is break it" which I somewhat agree with.
inb4 Britney Spears "oops I did it again"
Oh my gosh... That would be horrible to have it happen 4 times. lol And that song perfectly matches that repetitive accident.

Some people tell me that they ran over their phone, and I'm like how the carp do you do that?!!?
I can see how.
>get in car
>phone in pocket
>slips out like a sly little fox
>slides in path of wheel
>drive back
"oh lord what was that better check"
MY PHONE LAIHWIKJAHSDFKASDJ
Like a sly little fox lol. I can imagine their faces when it happens: "OH SWEETT JESSUUSSS"

I would be so mad at myself if that happened.
This is becoming a private conversation that should be taken to private messages, by the way.
Sorry Kai-V.

Sorry, that should go in Media.

I've been thinking about trying to learn the saxophone. I already play trumpet, guitar, and french horn.. So I thought it would be cool if I learned a reed instrument.

I just started up again this week. I'm actually going to start playing more than before. Before, it was just a little around the house.
I must say, it's very fun. I want to get to the point were it's just an easy thing to kick it around.

I've been practicing with my left foot lately. I do better using my left foot when hitting with the outside, than the inside. And then the opposite for my right foot.

Reed instruments are called Woodwinds. Although a Flute is a woodwind, and doesn't use a reed.

I play Alto Sax. I've been playing since 4th grade, and I'm now in 10th grade. I also have plenty of Bari Sax experience. Playing the Sax is a lot of fun. I suggest learning Alto, as that's what you'll have the most fun with. If you want to learn it and are able to, I suggest you go for it.

So, I specialize in Woodwinds. I'm a great Sax player, and although I don't play woodwinds that aren't Sax, I can tell you about the range of other woodwinds and such. But I want to learn a Brass instrument. I've been talking to my band instructor about learning Trumpet. On Monday during my Music Theory class he's going to have me pull out all the school-owned Trumpets and see which one is in the best condition and I'll get to learn it. But if none of them are good enough, he'll bring one in from somewhere else. This is pretty exciting, I wonder how I'll do?

I know that they're called woodwinds, my friend. Smile I didn't want to confuse anyone with whether I wanted to play sax or flute. And I was thinking about Alto, but I also thought it would be cool to learn Clarinet. I love the sound of a Clarinet.

Brass instruments aren't too bad to learn.. Truthfully, once you learn one Brass instrument, its just a matter of learning the different fingerings for each instrument (which aren't really that different). I bet you'll do great.
i was legitametly thinking of changing a $100 note into 5 cent pieces
I once converted two hundred and fifty dollars into pennies, just so I could fill the gigantic change bank I had and use it as a doorstop.

Eventually there came a need for the money inside of it, though, and a great deal of remorse was had...

Now I know what I'm going to do when I have money to waste like that.... Hah, not really. Although I would love to go to a bank and sit and watch the person count it out, and then count to make sure it's correct. XD

I was forced to roll them all myself. I believe I spent the better part of a week doing it.
Ya. You know they have big machines that do that stuff for you, right?

I thought the same thing. We have had them in Perth as long as I remember, so nowhere in the US should be without them!
Speaking of pennies, my moms boyfriend gave me this penny collection that was from the early 1910s-1950s and he gave me a rare SILVER penny that could be worth that much money today! But I want to cherish it D: I'm afraid that someday Im gonna have to sell it for college life. . . . .
I have an 1862 Indian Head Penny. I looked up the price for it, and sadly it wasn't as much as I anticipated... Only about 6 bucks. Oh well, maybe one day it will be worth something.
I used to be in to collecting coins..... Until I took an arrow to the knee.

Actually, the real reason I stopped was because my grandpa showed me his epic coin collection and I just gave up... lol.

My grandpa's coin collection (thousands of dollars worth of coins) was stolen from us... which kinda sucks, the only things left were a few dollar coins, some 1890s dollar coins, a few pennies, and a few nickels. It was really the collection.

Speaking of collecting things, he also collected tons and tons of baseball cards from like the '30s and '40s from when he was a kid, up until like the '80s. And no doubles. I'd take a picture if I knew exactly where they were, there are like 2 bins full.
The closest I've ever come to collecting coins is having this huge dollar coin that I got from my grandmother. I was pretty darn big. Unfortunately, my dad spent it on a burger from McDonalds.

I used to collect baseball cards. In fact, I still have most of them. But I mainly collected football cards. My favorite by far is a Warren Moon card from his third season in the NFL. I don't know why, but the fact that he was so cool-looking (And had a half-decent career for a time where there were only one or two black QBs) made me keep the card.
