How am I going to get a hair cut that qualifies for NJROTC
with this hair:
When still looking not too bad?
I mean, I have two hair whorls, one at the top of my head and one to the left of my head, creating my natural bangs. How do I get a hair cut with hair like that? Help me.

You might need to just cut it all the way down short. In most men's cases, they just buzz their hear to get a shaved haircut, and they go with that. That's the simplest solution, IMO, but ask someone in NJROTC about it for more answers...
Carp. Just reliesed if I need to get a new hair cut, I cant keep joining NJROTC a secret to my family members (excluding my mom). Also, I'm going to have a hard time getting a haircut because my barber is my uncle.
Did all of the NJROTC people you saw have buzzed hair?
I'm so excited My buddy and Co host Winslow is coming over! Gonna be fun!

looool that hairstyle is definitely not gonna fly

Hair is a big reason why males get points deducted off their weekly uniform inspections. Said inspections always end up being part of your grade, in pretty much any battalion's case.

Nape/back of the head hair cannot touch the collar of your shirt, no hair touching your ears at all. Not sure about bangs, but I dont think I have never seen a male who combines long bangs while staying within the above spec in J/ROTC.

You don't necessarily need buzzed or shaved hair. I got a scissors cut and used that when I was in (still do lol). My friends usually get it buzzed, shaved, or high-and-tight.
Hmmm. I can just cut my bangs. Still look alright....
I contacted some people from JROTC . Waiting for a reply.
Found that they can't extend pass eye brows. Will this deduct points?
lol that is funny that has never happened to me before

Being someone who averages about 15 PM's a week, that happens to me ALL THE TIME.
I'm hoping Eminem releases this new album that the music part of the media is bringing up. The current hip-hop is in great need of being saved considering that 98% of the songs base on one word.
nice bbq i had one yesterday too with my family ate so much stake i felt sick

I can say for the most part, the workload of high school is pretty overly presented by those who have passed through it or are currently in it. Of course it depends on the classes you are taking, but even then, it never gets out of hand.

My senior year (this passed school year) I took four AP courses (Literature & Composition - 5, Government and Comparative Politics - 2, Psychology - 4, Macroeconomics - 2) and can't say at any point, my school related stresses stemmed from homework. Obviously in terms of how well I did on the AP exams, things varied, but for all four quarters of the year my grades were in the 90s for these classes.

So if you're expecting a ton of work at any point, rest easy knowing that huge work load never quite comes around (this isn't to say don't do your work, but realize it won't be as bad as you might believe).

Thinking of how Dark got one of NC's tournaments in the newspaper reminds me of when I got my name in the newspaper. I got 2nd place in our schools Geography Bee 2 school years ago. Lol, who could have thought a 4th grader could outsmart like 3 7th graders? Tongue_out

They misspelled my last name wrong, (like everyone does) but everyone who was important to me knew that they were talking about me. Smile

I think it was in The Washington Post, or The Gazelle, I'm not sure...

Also, I counted how many PM's I received between 7/30/12 and 8/5/12. I counted 101... Speechless
Well, I go back to school today. My college class starts the 15th (I think), so every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, I don't have to go in until 11:50. Sweet!!

You beat me. I was going to post here too about the first day. My first class starts at 10:50, but as a freshman, I'm going to have to be there by 10:15 for orientation.

Edit: That's not my desk, it's my grandpa's table.
Have you ever just randomly craved for food that's not even that great? I mean, for the past two days all I've wanted was Taco Bell, and frankly, it doesn't rate too high on my "great fast food" list. But wow, what'd I'd do just to get myself a burrito. Ah, delicious, yet disgusting, beef-substitute, poor tortilla quality, and cheesy burrito. And a Doritos Loco Taco or whatever it's called. Looks like a heart attack in a crunchy corn shell. My kind of food.

I do hope their qualifying exams are not just about haircuts, hah.
