The first episode of Surge is called Beyblade Revolution. Meaning that's when the Sparking Revolution started (also suggested by the op name.) Not when the system started no.

No its not. Thats just when the beys hit mainstream. Turbo system was created before Wonder. However Turbo beys hit mainstream with the creation of Wonder.

The generation was categorized by the beys, the blader gimmicks etc. That's what made it the turbo gen. Burst has always done that.
I think everyone is debating a different thing at this point. Maybe we should just establish this and move on to another topic:
1: The start of a new era in beyblading occurs when beys from an unheard of system (typically the most advanced system at that time) become revolutionary and by extension, start to become mainstream.
2: A system of beys can exist before their particular era seeing as they may not be known to the public/mainstream.
