their not much difference between lui and free when it comes to power really it can go either way . in the anime neither have shown their better than each other manga wise the only difference is free is higher in ranks but both lost the same way to lane so they stat the same.  now as for valt and shu it's honestly interchangeable who is the strongest in burst history lane is end up to be in their to .
