Just some beyblade burst fun facts
Fact 1: In episode 12 of Sparking, Lui asks Hyuga if he sleeps at night to which Hyuga replies “of course.” Lui then says that he trains even in the dead of the night while he also trains during the day just like everyone else and he then says that is why he is 100 times more talented than Hyuga. Interestingly enough, Lui said the very same thing to Valt in the season 1 beyblade burst manga. He tells Valt that he trains during both the day and night and he further says that when people normally sleep he is busy training and that this is the reason why he is unbeatable

Fact 2: Ok so this is an obvious one but if you don’t know then hey! You learned something about beyblade. As you know the hasbro names for Valkyrie and Longinus were changed to Valtryek and Luinor. Interestingly enough, Valt and Lui the owners of these beys have their own names embedded into the names of their beys, VALTryek and LUInor.

Fact 3: Here is another one that may be obvious but is still fun nonetheless. The sparking Valkyrie chip actually has a red marking on its face. This is actually meant to parallel the red mark Valt has on his own face.

Fact 4: For my final fact, I will address a common mistake associated with Shu’s left hand launch. A lot of people think that he is ambidextrous since he can launch with both hands but this is actually not the case at all. being ambidextrous is actually being dominant with both hands however as stated in the anime, the whole point of Shu’s left handed launch was to create a more stable launch as opposed to a powerful one by using his dominant hand to hold the grip of his launcher -in turn keeping it still therefore Shu is right handed and he only adjusts to launching with his left hand for its strategic effect. If he was ambidextrous then there would be no difference between launching with either hand.

Edit: ok so a fair amount of people seemed to like this, I guess I’ll try to make it a consistent thing where I just ensemble a bunch of beyblade fun facts and post them.

Metal fight and burst exist in seperate realities/universes but you still have some really cool facts.
Any got manga scans yet
I guess I’ll share some more beyblade burst facts since people seem to like them.

Fact 1: In beyblade burst evolution Silas starts out launching with his right hand but it is later revealed he only did it for the stability launch and that he is actually left handed. Silas being left handed is actually a reference to his bey Satan whom himself is commonly associated with being left handed.

Fact 2: This may be obvious but perhaps it isn’t. You can actually tell if a character is Japanese or not even without their native country being mentioned based on the way their full name is written/spoken in the anime. If their last name is spoken before their first e.g Shirasagijo Lui, Akaba Aiga- then they are Japanese however if their names are written normally e.g Arthur Peregrine, Free de la Hoya- then they are not Japanese. Here are some real cool examples: we have Lane Valhalla whose home region is unknown but based on the fact his name is written normally we can know for certain he isn’t Japanese. We also have Drum who wasn’t raised in Japan but is definitely native to the country since he is called “Koryu Drum.”

Fact 3: Hiro Morita originally intended for Gwynn to be female however his alleged “superiors” did not like the idea of important female characters in burst and as a result, he changed Gwynns gender to male. Despite this, the design and voice actor are still there as a sort of loophole Hiro Morita created but it still isn’t quite the same.

Fact 4: Silas was actually on the cover of beyblade burst chapter 01 amongst the many other bladers but he actually didn’t make an appearance all the way until the beyblade burst god volumes. You can actually search up “beyblade burst chapter 01” and see for yourself.

If you guys want me to share some more fun facts let me know. It’s actually fun to do lmao!

Edit: I wonder if we can make a fun facts thread. Can it deserve its own thread?

I’ll make it but I think it should go under anime and manga.

Edit: Well it got closed. Guess it isn’t deserving of its own thread. We can just talk about it here.

Me was wondoring too
Heres an interesting fact:
Valt and Lui were actually both part of the main cast of chouzetsu despite hardly having any screen time or manga showcase. It’s weird because characters in that season who had key roles like Shu, Hae jinn and Free were not considered part of the main cast and some of them even appeared more than Lui!

Valt had plenty of screen time in Cho-Z.

My bad for not specifying what I meant. I meant that he didn’t have a lot of screen time for a main cast member, compared to recurring characters he dominated screen time.

In terms of role he was definitely way more important, he just didn’t appear a lot for a main cast member.
Fact : Valt isn't the only character who appears in each season, the japanese commentator too!

Hanami right
Here’s a really crazy beyblade burst fact: as you all know there is a beyblade burst animated trailer that features Valt and Shu battling with the single layer variants of their beys. A lot of people were confused by this because none of the dual layer bladers ever actually owned the single layer beys in the anime since the dual layer beys were their first beys. The explanation for this is actually that the trailer is not a trailer for the anime, but rather a trailer for the manga in which the dual layer bladers actually had the single layer beys first (and met earlier). It’s crazy that the manga had an animated trailer and even crazier that they reused that same animation for the anime.

That leads me to my second fact: Amaterios is actually the only single layer beyblade to appear in the beyblade burst anime.
Fact:I think that most know That Ryuga sucked the life force out Of Doji

Zeutron I watched the trailer and was confused
Alright since I haven’t shared any metal fight facts I think I will share my first one-it’s a pretty awesome one at that:

In the metal fight anime, the origin we have for Ryuga is that the dark nebula saw a lot of potential in him and as a result he was raised and trained into becoming the extremely powerful owner of L drago but the manga has a much cooler different origin for him. In the manga Ryuga is actually an ancient prince from a large clan of people who were part human and a small part dragon which gave them extreme potential and power with beyblades. Doji discovers him resting in his special ancient tomb that has kept him from physically aging for years (this is why he is a teenager in the manga/anime) and Doji then realizes that he is the chosen one destined to wield and tame L Drago since he is the prince of the dragon people.
