I doubt it would happen, given how stringent the committee are, and how well everyone knows each other in a personal sense.

Oh but it would take a smart serious person so it would take a bit to see who fits the inspection. I think I would be good on browsing because I'm on the WBO a good amount of time. If a person post spam I would close it.

IIRC, it basically means his account was deleted, although his name is black because his posts are still there for some reason.

Events are listed on the "Upcoming Events List" on the left side panel on the main page. As a matter of fact, there should be an upcoming one in California.
