I have a question about hosting events and hopefully i'm in the right thread. I was looking to, in the future, maybe host an event here in my state. It's nothing final just a though i had. Anyways, my question was about what the requirements were. If i were to host an event and found enough people in my state, what would i have to do?

So if anyone's wondering why I have a LEGO minifig as an avatar, that's just my WBO persona as a lego figure, so me basically, why? Because why not.

We wanted the top navigation to highlight the most useful links for the majority of users. But the truth is, I didn't expect people used the Member List as much as they seem to. :')

I added a link to it in the footer. Is this acceptable?

It is the same as tagging someone on any social media website : you do it to bring someone's attention to your post specifically, if you know that they might skip it or never see it otherwise. Therefore, usually you should not do it with a staff member, because they are always supposed to read all posts hah.

I have actually, but are they not just printed stickers on Lego studs ? I do not know, I am not that much into Lego, so perhaps the attraction eludes me hah.

Every time I open the site on my smart phone, it says the site made it download a file. When I view the file, it says it cannot be loaded.

on bluestack on windows 10 and on android tvs it when i open this site it start to download 5 to 10 files

It doesn't open. I cant find a way to tell what type of file it is either, but its of some 6kb

It's just me drawing on them with very sharp sharpies, or else I couldn't get the translucent properties.

Hey Guys,
Even I am experiencing this. But its not a Problem.
Got to know what those files are. Those are Macromedia Flash Player Compressed Movie. Now if you see in those files there are no Extensions.
I noticed this because I had visited some other forums too. So what type of file is that exactly ??
To know type of files I often Use the a File Identifier and got to know that These are SWF Files.
So this files are downloaded whenever you visit a Thread or a Page of a thread where there is a Video Embedded in that thread.
Mostly when visited by Mobile Browsers. (If you use Android Emulators For Ex Bluestacks too then too a download will occur because Bluestacks Browser is considered a Mobile Browser only)
All the files are nearly 6 to 7 Kb. ( Approximately.)
Files names would be something Like this. ( 5 examples)

As you can see the files are downloaded without extensions ( You will have to transfer the Files to your Computer but that's also Visible in Your mobile respective Folder where are all the files are downloaded)
To know what type of file is this you can use a File Identifier. ( There are lot of Files Identifiers online. Some are needed to be Downloaded and Some are Online based where you can upload the File and get to know about The type of File)

Now as we know what type Of file is that. As its a SWF File I downloaded a SWF player ( Its a Small Application Around 5 MB approximately)

Note :- To Play the files you will have to add the extension Manually i.e .swf

Right Click on the File and use rename then type .swf on the end of the File name. That's it.
Now open the File with SWF Player.

I will Recommended you If you download the SWF Player first then add the Extensions to File because by this the files will automatically get opened with that Player No need to specially Use the "Open With Option"

By The way, Here are file photos :- ( You can see all of the files the extension is added except one. I didn't add to it for Reference Purpose. The Files are Automatically Identified by the player in which SWF Extension is added.
Also I copied these files from My Mobile as all this files were automatically Downloaded whenever I visited WBO from my Mobile as Everybody has experienced this)

So When I play the Files I got this :-

It the Embedded Video Player Box when videos are Embedded in a post.

Also when you click play on the SWF Player as well also on the Play button that is on the Embedded Video Player Box.Macromedia Content does plays but we get this only (LOL)

It automatically Downloads it because then only you will be able to see the Video from your Mobile Browser. It always happens with me Whenever I visit from my Mobile browser.
Go ahead and Delete those Files if you want but I would Suggest to do that. If its get downloaded again you can keep it or delete it again.

Thanks for the thorough explanation Burst. At the same time, this is definitely not a feature and it's not working as intended. I suspect this relates to the fact that we added SSL (basically, more secure connections between you and the site) and had to do a workaround to get videos working again. We'll get this fixed ASAP.
