Ah yes, if you purchase it via the Passport link below the banner, it is a yearly subscription. If you do not want to be charged each year, you would have to go in your Paypal account, view your subscriptions and click on the "Opt out" button next to the Blader Passport one.

It doesn't if you made a one-time payment.


You could if you wanted to, I guess. Just contact a Committee Member and the new passport would be effective when the old one expires.
