I'd say Killer Beafowl. Nightmare Rex only has SD (and SW145 to an extent) which is a good part while Killer Beafowl's best part, EWD is better than SD.

Then get the Nightmare Rex. You get EWD and an MF-F. Also that Red Rex looks cool.
No other parts of Killer Beafowl are worthwile.

It's a normal dragoon ms with special stickers which are quite rare.
