He could be suggesting Ray Unicorno due to the CS tip. Ray is also not a terrible attack wheel to learn how to launch early-KO attack combos with.

Although, I do mostly agree with your question; the Strongest Blader Set is a must-buy for anyone missing more than half the parts in it.

How much are Dragoon MF and Dranzer MF worth NIB?

Is beat really worth buying? I dont want to buy it for $40-$70 and realize that it doesn't meet my expectations. Also should i wait for it to be released by sonokong and buy Vari/Fang now?

Yes, Beat Lynx is worth buying. It is top-tier, and for a reason: for an attack wheel, it does not seem to produce so much recoil (according to what I read, so someone please help me confirm this). However, if Variares and Fang Leone are available to you at a lower price, get them, especially if you have RF (assuming you're an attack-type blader, since your wants are useful in attack), S130 (for Fang Leone), and R145 (for Variares). You might want to wait for SonoKong to release Beat Lynx separately.

Scythe is recommended for stamina and defense.
Quetz is not recommended, as it is out-dated.
Strongest blader set is a good purchase, as you can get Basalt, RS, Blitz, and EWD.
Jade is still OK.
Beat Lynx is highly recommended, as it contains great parts- Beat for attack, TH170 WD for stamina.

I'll be buying either the BB-96 Super Deck Set or Basalt Horogium or Scythe Kronos for a friend. Which one should I get ?

Considering he already has :
- Meteo L-Drago
- Meteo URS
- Gravity Perseus
- Hell Kerbecs
- Storm Pegasis
- Flame Saggitario
- Storm Aquario

Super Deck Set comes with MF-H, Libra, and RF which are the competitive parts it comes with. It's about £16GBP from DimSum

Basalt is well Basalt. It's so competitive, it's being questioned on whether to be banned or not, it's about half the price of a super deck set, so if you get a Basalt, you can also buy 2 x MF remodelling set or a Screw Capricorne - Something like that.

Scythe Kronos, definitely a good buy even if it's a bit pricier than the other options. Seeing as your friend already has a BD145, MF-H Scythe BD145EDS is a great combo, you just need a MF remodelling set for your friend.

you can't confirm what mold hell is but basalt of sonokong comes with a snipe launcher which is good for collecting ..... rather than a ll2 but if you don't have a LL2 then get TT
