I've heard the black plastic is POM. If that's true, that might make up for the gums.

I feel like a few losses could have been averted had he used Defense instead of Press.

Yeah for some reason, from what I saw in a few gK videos, gK does a lot better with Defense or Press than Orbit and Atomic.

I think it may be that stationary it is better at taking hits, sorta like D2, I assume.

I've seen this said too, but I don't know where the claim originates from. If so, that's pretty interesting.
Guess my spin-steal comment a few pages back wasn't too adequate, ha

In one of Leo Burst's vid's, he mentions it's definitely not rubber, and a commenter mentions it's most likely POM.
The black chains are meant to be elastic, though. POM is meant to be ridged, so it wouldn't make sense for it then to have that as the material. Personally, I think it's the same type of plastic used in Jerk. They're both meant to be elastic, after all.
I'm genuinely surprised gK is performing well, though. I guess I'll have to pick up a set after all, haha

Don't speak too soon, after all, Gan told me that M2 and I2 on Accel bursted it without fail.
I guess I should rephrase then; I'm genuinely surprised it didn't burst instantly after one hit in every single round.

Well I guess it did well again, Gan, who can normally use DiHX for one of his best attack combos, it lost all five rounds against gK4GO.
I feel gK is designed to handle super aggressive attackers with high friction drivers which are usually the staple of attack types universally. After seeing these inferrences, slow medium friction drivers such as accel seem to be a better counter agsinst gK, since it is slow enogh to retain stamina while able to be slightly aggressive, hsving just enough friction to prevent repetetive kos.
Im curious about gK8SC. I dunno. I feel it will be insane at defense/stamina.
Can anyone test this particular combo?
Its a miracle this layer isnt horrendously bad
Kinda disappointed that Guardian Kerbeus is not a booster. I thought Ken would use it. Or maybe he will, but have a different driver and disk.
So, what Disc, Frame, and Driver will Kenske use in the anime? Also, am I the only one who dislikes Random Layers?
Please excuse my ignorance and sorry if it's been mentioned already, but from my limited knowledge of the new god series (I've been out of the game for a few months), all of the layers released so far have a "god ability." Does anyone know if Kerbeus has one and what it is?

The black chains are POM, to have attacks slip off of it. It works pretty well, as suprisingly despite the carp teeth, it's only real weakness is Accel based attack.

Ahh, good point. I forgot about that.

If you've seen videos on the layer though, you need a pretty strong force to move it.
Is GK the new Death?
I like the concept of random layers, but...I honestly hate not having an incomplete bey just laying around. I desperately hope that Guardian Kerbeus will see a full release, even though Exceed Evil-Eye and Mad Minoboros won't see one until Hasbro. And if it does, it better be one of the best defensive beys since the original Wyvern.
