The suspension is probably CPC rather than ABS so breaking shouldn't be an issue.

I'm glad it was a prototype.
This is two hundred times better. The first render looked like something you'd put on a wall to hold something. XD
Edit: I hope that spring in the middle does its job.
If I understand correctly, the spring is a way to release tension from the handle, mostly at the end of the pull, as I was saying to ♥.
That's what I figured. So I'm wondering if this will allow you to keep holding the handle as you pull. If so, this could be very useful.
It's pretty crude, but this is how I'm envisaging this. I'm not actually sure at all, though.

yep exactly that. so the beyblade will release before you decelerate. congrats TT, you finally solved a problem that should never have existed in a $7 launcher to begin with

Thank god i broke two beylauncher-L's and i was not going to buy this till the new one came out i have to say whoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooho

im thinking that it will work in a diffrent way then ♥'s idea
first off im going to go ahead and just "name" the parts of the suspension just for this explanation
im going to call the part that holds on to the handle the "clasp"
the rod in the middle well... "rod"
and where you grab the "wing"
my guess is that the spring is connected to the rod
and as you pull the spring compresses and less tension is created in between the hand and the launcher where the spring is making it so it has a small "cushion" area just in case you pull to hard.

Isn't that what ♥ was demonstrating with his GIF?
The animation was slightly confusing to me ... The end pull of the spring part seemed to tense the cord, while that is impossible since they are not really linked. I just have slight difficulty otherwise figuring out if the spring part would get pulled already at the beginning, or if it would stretch only at the end. In any case, a spring always wants to go back to its usual length after being either extended or compressed, and I think a firm hand will stay in place, so the part that is attached to the Beylauncher handle will retract back into the other handle.

I feel like the idea is for the spring to extend at the end of the pull to give the top the "stall" it needs to release from the launcher, while preventing the cord from violently whipping back in place.
The cord would tense because it would be retracting back into the launcher, while you would still be holding it taught.
i guess we should wait untill they release it before we can say for sure how it works.
