[Product]  B-73 New generation God Valkyrie.6V.Rb Starter

I'll be honest here; I'm bother by the first image Kai-V posted. God Valkyrie has a light blue V and dark blue eyes, but all the other images have a red V and yellow eyes. takara tomy what are you doing

Besides the first image showing that TAKARA TOMY is unable to properly show the Beyblade, we get to see the promo launch which is actually redesigned! It seems much more comfortable with more places to grip it. Though, I don't think it would be idle for anybody on this forum considering the size of it and the lack of power it has (assuming that it has the same internals).

The official image of Reboot is interesting because at first I thought it would be a metal flat, but now that I am looking at it, the tabs and the small (flat) tip are the same colour, so I am sadly assuming that it'll be a short Accel-like tip Uncertain

Thank you for sharing, Kai-V! Smile
Wow, the driver's mechanism is exactly like Big Bang Pegasus', and God Valkyrie has multiple modes, and looks a lot like Big Bang Pegasus, so weird !

So many weird coincidences happened since Beyblade Burst came out, what could this possibly mean ?
Here are the boxes, and actually the design is almost blander than the previous boxes for the Dual Layer System...

And God Valkyrie in person:

And of course, although in CoroCoro it was clearly written as "Kami Layers", these are actually written in English as God Layers, and these Beyblades are part of the God Layer Series.

Looks Blander, but still nice, I like the new Booster package more though Smile thanks for sharing Kai-V!
While I disagree on the boxes being uniteresting, I must ask; why are the boxes so big? There's way more room than nessecary for 3 small parts and a puny launcher. That's a lot of trees going to waste! Tongue_out

Sometimes it is just to take up more space on the shelves of stores. For instance, race car toys are not accompanied by a packaging that is tight around their shape: there is extra packaging so that they can be more visible when customers walk by their section.
Sweet a new Valkyrie! Mine just broke today from my friends Odin.

To explain this; in CoroCoro, it had a forced reading above it, just like the series title of "Beyblade Burst God". It would normally be read as Kami, but the forced reading above it changes that to God instead. It was very easy to miss, haha.

No, I saw the "pronunciation Katakana", but in the real Japanese title for the part, they were using "神レイヤ", whereas on the boxes and anything away from CoroCoro, they are calling them straight out "ゴッドレイヤ".
Really? Perhaps I was looking at something different then. I thought it was a CoroCoro page...
A zoom in on the Reboot Driver's tip:
[Image: God_Valkyrie_Drivertip.jpg]

There is no reason that the tip would be part of the same piece as the clutches on the side, but indeed, if that is supposed to be metal, it is very cheap metal. It is a lot more likely that that is just a grey plastic tip...

In other news, this has stickers of course, and this product includes a Logger sheet, finally hah.

And this one:

Frames and Core Discs get assembled by placing them together and rotating the Frame, quite simply.
I think that new Valkyrie layer is going to be incredible. The AR not only absorbs attacks, but sends some of the power absorbed right back to the opponents bey.

Plus, I can't wait to see what Hasbro does when it's time for them to make this series. I seriously don't know how you could cut corners in the new series, there are far too many components now.

Eh considering Hasbro history, they could:
a) fuse Core Discs and Frames together;
b) remove gimmicks in the God Layers (make everything immobile);
c) change the shape of each component to nerf something or save on material costs;
d) hollow out the God Layers;
e) use worse plastic/lighter materials;
f) etc.

I'm going with:

G) all of the above

I picked a great time to get back into Beyblade. I'm hyped.

Feels almost like a resurrection of the plastic gen, and I couldn't be more excited. Glad to see burst evolving so rapidly. Straying away from the clear plastic shields was a good choice, now they can add more sculpted detail into each wheel which is great since design is pretty important to Beyblade.

Blaze Ragnaruk looks the best in that regard.

I imagine HLJ should have it up soon, hobbysearch has it up atm; http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/search?typ1_c=...lade+burst

Not sure how I feel about this launcher though. The Burst light launcher is one of the best launchers to date imo, this feels a little too small and potentially contains less parts. Getting some Hasbro Burst vibes...

If this is just a cheaper "starter" launcher and not meant to replace the light launcher, that's fine by me so long as the budget went towards the Bey instead.

From this video I feel like I can conclude that Kreis Satan does not have very good teeth or God Valkyrie is just crazy powerful

EDIT: Too late >:/
Thank you savatoEX
I just wanna say, don't Valkyrie's new wings seems really fragile, or are they thicker than I think?
