No, it is most likely because they are not ready to reveal the rest of the characters for the season. Seasons 1-3 don't even have all of the main characters on the site, a lot of main bladers are missing for season one's site, Wakiya, Daigo, and a few other main bladers are not on the Evolution site, and Kit, Evel, and Count Nightfell are not on the Turbo site. Plus, Rise's site doesn't go pass Royal Genesis.

No, it is most likely because they are not ready to reveal the rest of the characters for the season. Plus, Rise's site doesn't go pass Royal Genesis.

Even still, Sparking has hit both its character and bey capacity referencing GT. The story doesn't even have a place for any other characters, so I'm 99% sure that what we got is what we got.
