Do you think everyone who retweets (and therefore is re-sharing a Corocoro tweet with pics) is breaking the law? That’s ridiculous. Common sense will let you that’s mot the cause or 5 minutes on Google.
marutti please do not spread misinformation. Thank you.
Have you ever study law?
I mean it's OK to share pic which TT released officially.
But magazine there is copyright and it shouldn't spread.
Do you have common sense? SupaDav03
Actually yes, I have studied the law as I’ve worked in both the Compliance and a
Advertising dept at American Express, my current employer.
Generally the “Fair Use Law” covers most reposting on social media. So while theoretically it COULD happen, it is hardly, if ever pursued once the official announcement/picture/release has gone public.
Leaks are 100% prohibited and if you’d like to be extra cautious, share the pictures AFTER release in a private way (email, direct messages, etc).
Anyways...let’s not derail this thread any further speaking about something off topic.
And
marutti please do not direct negative comments to other posters or staff. Disagreements can be had without resulting to personal comments about people. That can lead to warning % as it’s a violation of WBO rules.
PS: I just wanted to add that we LOVE your contributions to the site - so keep those great post coming (within the rules, of course 👍🏼)
