Mirage Fafnir might have an advantage but still the spin stealing technique might not be super good in real life because of either the ting or chassis but if they do in the anime than thats just different
[Product] B-167 Booster Mirage Fafnir.Nt 2S
Mirage has Rage in it
Now the new Fafnir looks pretty cool, not as much as Wizard Fafnir, but hey, it's still nice.
However, Nothing is really disappointing. Not only is it not a new driver, it's not even a good one. Unlike Ragnaruk and Longinus reusing Revolve or Destroy' respectively, there was no excuse to use Nothing. Think about it like this, in the Ragnaruk line, no drivers were like Revolve, not Wedge, Flugel or Survive. Same case with Longinus, Destroy was very different from Jolt or Spiral. Plus both are the best drivers of their line.
But Absorb should've been used instead of Nothing, in theory, it can do everything Nothing already does, and even more. It's essentially an upgraded Nothing driver. Sure, it's not great but it at least has decent LAD. It's only the stock combo yeah, but as a stock combo, Absorb is the better choice in my opinion.

If you notice with the legendary bladers who own stamina types, they both use the drivers that their original beyblades used in their first anime appearances. Ragnaruk uses its first driver it had in the anime, Revolve, and so does Fafnir with Nothing. TT probably had a pattern here they wanted to keep. Also, if you think about it, absorb is the driver Free’s previous Fafnir had, so it would be really strange for the evolution of his Fafnir to have the exact same driver his previous one had. I am not saying it should have Nothing, but Absorb in the context of the anime would not make a lot of sense.
why do they have to put nothing on it it is horrible i would have been fine with nothing' but the just put NOTHING
I think TT wants nothing break to return lol

Fair enough that is a good point, though I feel there's not really enough legend stamina bladers to establish any kind of pattern, at least to me. There's only really two stamina legendary bladers so far.
I'll admit it would be strange that Fafnir had Absorb twice in a row, but Shu has Zeta twice in a row. Granted, the second one is Zeta' and not just regular Zeta, but in the anime, the dash drivers serve next to no purpose and are never ever advertised for their better tightness, not Zeta', not Zephyr', not Ignition', and he uses it the exact same way.
Did we really need 2 B-167 threads? No, we did not!
I'm going to merge them together. It's going to be like Akira. You only have yourselves to blame.

It might be a hand spin one. Like the one from turbo and rise.
I still don't know why the chip looks white in the pic on the bottom right.
The best part about this is Mirage appears to be what Wizard was but without the burst resistance problem. Because chassis contain the the teeth you can put good teeth on Mirage without shortening teeth like Wizard did.
Why am I kinda not hyped ugh, I miss when we got new drivers

I swear I looked up the product code and couldn't find it at the time. Ah well, thanks for the merge.
Really, my hype here comes from the 2S chassis. 1S is alright but tough to actually use for Stamina, so I've got hopes that 2S is actually good for same-spin Stamina and could give Glide a good kick into the spotlight. Let's be honest, even on a good chassis Fafnir is going to suck in same-spin so I'm doubtful that Mirage will ever see use, but at least 2S can see some serious use.

2S looks triangular. How could we see much use for 2S if it has a triangular shape like it has? Sure, the weight gives it stamina, but a triangular shape will hinder LAD and therefore stamina potential.

Stamina isn't just LAD ya know, or else people wouldn't ever run things like Atomic, Orbit, or Orbit Metal because its LAD isn't up to par. Same-spin exists, and its triangular shape can synergize with Glide just as easily as it does with Mirage.
Want to face down right spin Stamina without resorting to Attack? Glide on 2S might just be a way to do that. Is it the best idea? Maybe not, but it's a glimmer of hope in a dark hole and I'll take what I can get. Certainly better than giving up outright on it.
