1) Spring Loaded Tip Akin Nothing
2) Free spinnin Plate Akin Revolve
3) Teeth on The Plate That fix it to the driver, and make it non free spinning
4) when this happens, Velocity increases somehow, can anyone tell me how? does it exposes a Flat surface?

If you look at the driver, the bottom is almost flat. So when the teeth of the drivers join, it exposes the flat surface increasing the velocity. That's what I get.

If you look at the driver, the bottom is almost flat. So when the teeth of the drivers join, it exposes the flat surface increasing the velocity. That's what I get.

So you mean it attacks or defends

It most probably attacks in that position. 
And secondly, pause the video posted by CrazyAries at 2:45 and have a look.

No problem.
On the other hand, it says that this move may be a great shock absorber, and that in fact is possible.
When gF gets a shock, Ab uses this power to go into the locking state and then the height of the beyblade decreases(?), the other beyblade overlaps it and when Ab releases back into it's position, it hits the opponent beyblade. Velocity I still doubt will play a big role. 
It is going to be tough to destabilize this.

You can put any frame on any number disc except Nine which doesn't really count.

Hmm... so basically absorb is a freespinning tip that’s also spring loaded and when the spring is pushed al the way down it becomes stationary for counterattacks.

When the tip is pressed down, the teeth on the ring and the driver base clamp together to stop it moving. I have no idea why the feature is there but yeah that's what it does.
