Besides adding a "How can we improve our tournaments?" open question, that seems simple, short and all good.

UPDATE:

I've updated the survey - made it more "WBO" friendly (using its color scheme and such). Hope it's not too late to print them out, @[Dark_Mousy].

The changes are definitely very nice. If anyone has the ability to print those sheets in colours without costing too much, it would totally help catch people's attention for sure.

Just a little suggestion; I think it would be even better if you could add more answers to each questions.

With something a bit like ''Very good, good, not so good, bad'', you know ? Or even an ''out of ten'' type of rating.

Hey Brisk, this looks awesome! Thanks so much for doing this.

I think you could probably make it a rating out of 5 rather than ten. It should also be a bit easier to fill out on paper; the scale looks cool, but I am not sure if it will print that well or be clear where you're supposed to write/circle.

I think that's the only comment I'd have. Really cool.
