Directions:
To get to Central Park south, you can take the R, N or Q train and get off at Fifth avenue and 59th street. Also, you can take the ABCD1 trains to 59th st. Columbus Circle

Times:
* Meet up at 59th St. Columbus Circle at 1:30pm underneath the giant globe.
* Head to Heckscher Playground to set up along with practice and free play at 2:00pm. Registration will take place at this time.
* Official tournament starts at 3:00pm
Like all official WBO tournaments, there will be a $5 entrance fee if you don't have a Blader's Passport. You can buy one at the tournament for $10. As you know it allows you to enter any tournament for the next year without paying the fee, as well as giving you the chance to participate in whatever contests or giveaways the WBO may offer.
So far the judges are ikmv, Armored00taku, and myself. As more people sign up I will seek out more judges. The format of the tournament depends on the number of entrants we get. I have stadiums as well as ikmv, but feel free to bring your own Takara Tomy stadiums. It's better to have more so that the free play runs smoothly. Also, I will pretty closely follow the time schedule set up, so please try to make it on time, if not early.
Additional Comments: I remind you all to be very mindful of your belongings. Let's have fun. The weather should be good around this time. Also, I don't care what any of you say. I like the name I chose! Also, somebody should totally make some awesome graphic for this event. ALSO, DO NOT SPAM THIS THREAD!

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.
2. Arrive On Time
You must arrive by the tournament start time to enter. We cannot add new players to an event once it begins. If you're running late, contact the host.
3. Stay Aware of Your Belongings
We do everything possible to ensure a safe environment, but can't be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Keep your gear close by!
4. The Tournament Will Last At Least a Few Hours
This event is likely to last at least a few hours. If you can't commit to the entire tournament, you're welcome to come watch and play for fun instead!
5. Listen For Your Username To Be Called
Your name will be called when it's time for your next battle. If you need to leave early or take a break, tell a judge. Missing a match could mean disqualification!
6. Players Must Meet Regional Product Age Restrictions
All players in this event must meet the age restrictions on Beyblade products in their region. TAKARA-TOMY recommends Beyblade for ages 6+. Hasbro recommends Beyblade for ages 8+. Players under these ages may only participate with the permission of their parent/guardian.
7. Players Under 18 Must Be Accompanied by a Parent/Guardian
If you are under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must accompany you and be present for the duration of the event.
8. Contests, Raffles, Gambling, Betting, and Selling Are Prohibited
Advertising the sale of any product or service, as well as posting about any contest, raffle, gambling, or betting on this event page and conducting them at the event without approval by Fighting Spirits Inc. staff is prohibited. Please contact the Organized Play team if you require approval.
9. Terms of Service
All event attendees and users of this website are subject to our Terms of Service.

I'm not too good with usernames (hah sorry) but I got 2nd and Zach got 1st (not sure about his wbo username).

it was zacharion (i think) and i battled him... i would have beaten him if i decided to go attack. LOL! i blame ikmv and greenxblader for bragging that basalt bull bd145 MB was such an amazing balance combo... -.- next time, playing the strategy game. only attack, defense, and stamina.... no balance.
I'm still loling over my last battle. MF LLD 100RF vs an Basalt Horogium combo, the guy didn't hit me, and yet he still won. I got a staduim out. Every. Single. Time. I launched bad and my bey ran out of the staduim.
That was an epic tournament!
I got some footage of the whole tournament and will post some stuff as the week goes on.

well i had to forfeit cause my father was tired[that sucked so freakin hard!!!]so i suck and i still cant get over it
LMAO. That was my sole objective. Take the Unicorno and the Metal Faces. I knew Zach wouldnt play me. To be honest, after about the 3rd round of me playing, I really didnt want to battle anymore because everyone I faced with the exception of IKMV, Cye, and Otsu(should have stuck with my original choice lol) got destroyed. Even Byxis could tell I gave him the win because he knew what I had and later thanked me for doing what I did and letting him have a better chance. I also wanted to face all the people in the losers bracket and the only way I could do it was to lose a match to play Cye. I suppose it was worth it. I accomplished my goal, gave someone a better chance, and still got to play people I wanted today. I even won me some prizes and helped out lots of people. I will be back in NY on May 1st for the Kings Games tournament. I will just win there. Great job to everyone.

I took pictures of that battle. It was fun....but only a few came out right because I kept taking pictures of your arms.

You could easily do that. You just have to perfect your launching and shoot with a bit more power. Try to find ways to create combos with stamina and defense. That seems to be the way to go for you from what I have seen.

I had to leave with my cousin. Sooooo.... Oh well. I'm too lazy to take the train. But I did get waffle pastries.

It wasn't just huge, it was MONDO huge! When you see the pictures I took before the tournament, before the 2nd round, and then near the last hour, you'll be surprised!
yeah. i just hope i can afford the may tournament. =S i know money was tight before but now.... it's just getting ridiculous.... oh, btw, after this month i'll be needing rides.... =( my last month of school is this month and i won't be getting monthly tickets to manhattan anymore... so if i were to go to manhattan and take the train, the money's coming out of my wallet... not my parents anymore.
