Name: Heaven Shattering Playground Conference
Date: April 17, 2011
Venue: Central Park South in Heckscher Playground
Directions:
To get to Central Park south, you can take the R, N or Q train and get off at Fifth avenue and 59th street. Also, you can take the ABCD1 trains to 59th st. Columbus Circle

Times:
* Meet up at 59th St. Columbus Circle at 1:30pm underneath the giant globe.
* Head to Heckscher Playground to set up along with practice and free play at 2:00pm. Registration will take place at this time.
* Official tournament starts at 3:00pm
Like all official WBO tournaments, there will be a $5 entrance fee if you don't have a Blader's Passport. You can buy one at the tournament for $10. As you know it allows you to enter any tournament for the next year without paying the fee, as well as giving you the chance to participate in whatever contests or giveaways the WBO may offer.
So far the judges are ikmv, Armored00taku, and myself. As more people sign up I will seek out more judges. The format of the tournament depends on the number of entrants we get. I have stadiums as well as ikmv, but feel free to bring your own Takara Tomy stadiums. It's better to have more so that the free play runs smoothly. Also, I will pretty closely follow the time schedule set up, so please try to make it on time, if not early.
Additional Comments: I remind you all to be very mindful of your belongings. Let's have fun. The weather should be good around this time. Also, I don't care what any of you say. I like the name I chose! Also, somebody should totally make some awesome graphic for this event. ALSO, DO NOT SPAM THIS THREAD!

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.
2. Arrive On Time
You must arrive by the tournament start time to enter. We cannot add new players to an event once it begins. If you're running late, contact the host.
3. Stay Aware of Your Belongings
We do everything possible to ensure a safe environment, but can't be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Keep your gear close by!
4. The Tournament Will Last At Least a Few Hours
This event is likely to last at least a few hours. If you can't commit to the entire tournament, you're welcome to come watch and play for fun instead!
5. Listen For Your Username To Be Called
Your name will be called when it's time for your next battle. If you need to leave early or take a break, tell a judge. Missing a match could mean disqualification!
6. Players Must Meet Regional Product Age Restrictions
All players in this event must meet the age restrictions on Beyblade products in their region. TAKARA-TOMY recommends Beyblade for ages 6+. Hasbro recommends Beyblade for ages 8+. Players under these ages may only participate with the permission of their parent/guardian.
7. Players Under 18 Must Be Accompanied by a Parent/Guardian
If you are under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must accompany you and be present for the duration of the event.
8. Contests, Raffles, Gambling, Betting, and Selling Are Prohibited
Advertising the sale of any product or service, as well as posting about any contest, raffle, gambling, or betting on this event page and conducting them at the event without approval by Fighting Spirits Inc. staff is prohibited. Please contact the Organized Play team if you require approval.

I got humlilated in my last round. 0-3, the guy didn't even touch me.
I lost in both rounds.
You fought vs people that you couldn't beat, but I had a chance vs those two basalts, but my sucky skills kinda took me out.

I'm not sure. I left after I lost. Theres not the usual chatter after a tourney.

it should be finished now,i lost on purpose cause my aunt wanted to go home and i felt sorry,shes old.It was getting late and cold,and i have school tommorow,and finally i was hungry.I think next time it should be earlier

A big congratulations to...Byxis or Pyxis? I forget. They kept calling him "Byxis" or something. But congrats to him winning first place. Afterwards, it's JohnB for 2nd, and Oats for 3rd.
The turnout was mondo sick. Like they said, 52 people. It was cool, meeting Oats, Cye, Dei-day, Dei-day II (her GF), Spin Sonic (I WILL GET YOU DOUBLE THE TIMES YOU SHOT ME IN THE HEAD!!), Dub-Otak, and IKMV, as well as a mondo bunch of other people I didn't know whose usernames they were. Except Sky. I didn't meet him. I met him a few weeks ago. Therefore, seeing him wasn't new to me. Him and his container of phad tai noodles.
Pictures will go up. Lucky me, I got some of the pictures that I wanted. I'll post them in Dei-day's Northeast Pictures thread. I took over 100 pictures, so sorting them out may take a while.
